What a wonderful place! We have been going to wagging tails for nearly 2 years now. I have so many positive things to say about this place!! Price- they are reasonably priced and offer discounted rates for having more than 1 dog. Friendliness- the staff is beyond amazing and they truly make our pups feel like they are part of their puppy family. Every time we call and reserve a suite, they are overjoyed to hear our pups are coming in, and make us feel incredibly comfortable leaving them there for a stay. We have traveled out of the country, weekend getaways, doggie daycare and we even have to board them when our house flooded and we were living in a hotel for weeks. Communication- we get daily photos of our dogs and they are available to answer the phones. We have had to book many last minute trips or extend our reservations and they always try their best to accommodate getting our dogs in. My puppies absolutely love this place. When I mention they are going on " vacation" to the "hotel" they are so excited. They recognize the staff every time they go back and their little tails wag when we mention they are going to go see Mama Hiedi. I personally have a lot of anxiety when he comes to leaving my dogs somewhere, one of our dogs has A LOT of energy.. and I have no fear dropping them off at Wagging Tails. read more

we love this place we always have and we always will we took our Cooper there today as we have for 3 years​. As you're frequently Cooper has been experiencing Grandma seizures which were treating medicating and doing well with but we had to find and make sure that wagon town was comfortable with taking him in his condition of course they were they took them right in with loving arms like they always do no different they gave them the same great service and we were able to rest comfortably with that knowing that he was safe they would care for him the best they had new hell now as far as the grooming services of course he looks beautiful read more

Wagging Tails has cared for my special little one for several years now. I completely trust the staff with his care. They follow strict vaccine protocols and they follow dietary requirements for him perfectly. Staff members also lavish him with extra attention when they are able to including lap time. They call me if they have a concern or question and they send me 'wellness' photos daily of my little one. He comes home to me clean and healthy. No trauma. He is very comfortable with the staff. This place is the best!! I haven't boarded my dog in a long time due to the last doggie hotel I had taken my dog to being negligent (normally I take him with me or have family watch him). However, I had a last minute family cancellation and needed to find somewhere for him to stay. When I tell you all of the employees were so incredibly kind and really took the time to let my dog warm up to them for the consultation visit, I was almost immediately at ease with the idea of leaving him there. I just picked him up and I am not one to leave a review, but they truly took such good care of my little dude. He wasn't anxious upon pick up at all and all the employees said they loved him. I have brought my dog to your establishment a total of three times, but regrettably, I will not be returning in the future. My dog is a year and a half old and experiences some social anxiety, which makes visits to the groomers challenging due to the presence of barking and unfamiliar individuals. However, I had positive experiences during her prior two visits. For my most recent appointment, scheduled at 2pm, I dropped off my dog as usual. Unfortunately, I called in for an update at 3:30pm and was notified that you were running behind schedule and had not yet begun grooming her. This meant my dog spent 1.5 hours in a kennel, experiencing anxiety. Given my other commitments, I faced a dilemma and had no choice but to leave her there, hoping the delay would not be extensive. Upon arriving to collect my dog around 6pm (closing time) I was informed that she still required an additional 20 minutes. This information left me upset. I couldn't comprehend why, during the four-hour period, my small yorkipoo had not yet been completed with her grooming. Ordinarily, grooming for her breed takes approximately an hour or two (at most). Understandably frustrated, I requested the immediate return of my dog and expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation to both the tech and front desk assistant. To my disappointment, the technician handling my pup demonstrated a lack of professionalism and empathy. I politely requested a discount due to the fact that her ears, paws, and nails had not been finished or addressed. In response, the technician provided a curt reply, firmly stating that no discount would be granted. Furthermore, her demeanor throughout the entire conversation was highly abrasive. This entire interaction left me feeling deeply upset and confused. I entrusted my small dog to your establishment for a simple grooming, and four hours later, she remained incomplete. It is disheartening that my dissatisfaction was met with an attitude rather than understanding. In similar circumstances, most reputable establishments would have shown empathy and promptly offered a full refund for the service (or lack of). Several aspects of this experience were completely unacceptable. The lack of communication from your staff advising of the delay, the unprofessional attitude displayed by the employee, and the insistence on charging the full cost of the service have left a lasting negative impression. There were numerous opportunities for a significantly improved customer experience, benefiting both myself and my dog. Had to express the poor customer experience and let others know to prepare for attitude if not fully satisfied with the service.
