To their credit, the business did take responsibility and reimbursed me for the full vet bill and medication costs. I truly appreciate that gesture it helped relieve some of the financial and emotional stress this situation caused. That said, Yelp discourages removing reviews that document genuine customer experiences, so rather than delete my original post, I'm editing it to reflect how the situation was resolved. WellGroomed ultimately did the right thing by covering the medical expenses, and I'm grateful for that. I still believe they have skilled groomers and do great work with many breeds, but this experience was a reminder that even premium services can have oversights. I hope the salon uses this as an opportunity to reinforce careful handling and post-groom checks for all pets so that no owner or pup has to go through something similar again. read more

Wow, wow, wow!! If you are looking for a groomer that has not only lessened the stress in an owners life, but has brought back quality of life for a pup that was hard to groom, this is your place!!! Ronnie and team have changed my dogs grooming life. Previously being injured at the groomer, my dog was fearful and full of anxiety. Groomers grimaced when I brought him in every 6 weeks. And then we met Ronnie. He is so patient. Gives me honest updates, and is so patient with him. While that should seem normal, it's a lost art and Ronnie truly is amazing. He has made it easy to drop my dog off and know he is safe, well taken care of and is going to be GORGEOUS. if you own a dog you understand how "pissed" they can be if you take them somewhere like the groomer, vet, etc. this place has replaced dog attitude with kisses immediately after. He might be nervous going in, but Ronnie is so gentle, willing to go as so as possible and it pays off. Will be going here for the end of time with any dog that I own. Well Groomed Pets gets two thumbs up from me! We have yet to find a decent groomer for our small poodle mix and have searched high and low all over the valley. WGP popped up on Google and after seeing the reviews we called them. They were friendly and able to get our dog in within a week! Our dog felt super comfortable here and you can tell they keep the place up well. It's very clean and modern inside. He looks amazing as well, the perfect amount of hair cut off. The only negative was that they charge almost $10 for using scent-free shampoo-- IMO, that shouldn't be an up-charge. Regardless, we will be taking him back soon! read more

My dog Stella has only had her toenails trimmed here as she doesn't require grooming services with her very short hair. Stella isn't a fan of having her nails done. She isn't aggressive just scared. The staff has always been very patient with her and always has someone petting and/or patting her to help her relax as much as she can while they trim her nails. It's also very easy to get Stella in on short notice since they do her between grooming appointments. read more

Poor communication. Charged same amount even though they were not able to give our puppy a hair cut just bathed and face trim. If they know that puppies get excited then tell the customer to schedule during slower times. Won't be back. Edit: The charge for the grooming was $79 (what I was told prior) we were charged $75. So is $4 off for just the tidy and trim and not for a full groom? That doesn't make any sense. read more

I set up an appt for both of my chihuahuas to get their nails trimmed. This place is very neat and clean, the front is kinda small so it gets cramped easily with more people and their dogs coming in. They clipped both of my dog's nails well but I noticed on one of my dogs a bit of blood on one of their nails once I got home to inspect them. Also when I got my second dog, I saw a bit of fresh poo on her butt. She does that when she gets nervous sometimes but they didn't tell me she did that, personally I thought it would've been courteous to wipe her butt after that. read more

We brought our golden doodle in to be groomed by Joslyn for the first time today and had a great experience!!! Our pup was boarded twice this month so was in much need of a good groom and Joslyn made our girl looks amazing! Her haircut is so perfect and cute we're obsessed. Paul the owner let us know mid way through the groom that Harley had a lot of matting all over her head, neck, legs, tail and around her whole body. Joslyn worked diligently on her thought and put in a lot of effort into making her groom perfect for us as she wanted to make sure that we loved her work. Joslyn did not disappoint! Typically, she would shave the mats out and have to smooth it all out with the clippers, but she made sure to brush the mats out the best she possibly can to make sure that Harley is all fluffy and perfect! Sometimes after getting groomed she seems uncomfortable or itchy but not today- she's so happy and I think she knows she looks super cute lol. And she smells so good!! The salon itself is brand new and the owner Paul is a standup guy. He is very professional and made sure our experience with them would go smoothly. The salon is immaculate and we love the feel of the place - the whole vibe is chill. All the dogs in there look relaxed and happy. Also booking and payment was so easy, loved it. We have had a hard time over the past year to find a groomer that was reasonable, professional, and timely with bookings. We are so happy we have found Well Groomed Pets and already have Harley scheduled out for monthly visits. First of all this place is conveniently located - I arrived early to pick up my dog and had to kill time, but it's a mall so plenty of parking and ways to do so. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They emailed with me personally to help me ensure my documentation was up to date on my little guy. When I brought him in for the first time they were so fun and casual, they truly made me feel like we had been doing business together for years! Casual in the way I felt relaxed handing over my anxious small dog; the professionalism was exceptional. They have a clear system, they follow a procedure but they do it with lots of heart. And the most important thing: my dog looked absolutely PERFECT coming out! Trying a new groomer is stressful but I could not recommend this place more. They will take care of you and for a VERY reasonable price! I only paid $80 (including tip) for my dog to get the full luxe fluff and buff. It's a steal. read more

They were a little more expensive than some of the ones we've been to, but it's true - you get what you pay for. The place was super clean and smelled good. It was light and airy. There were glass doors so you can see into the grooming area. The staff was friendly. The groomer, Megan, actually listened to what I wanted and then delivered. Cooper trotted out looking handsome when I picked him up. He had a bandana and was given a ball to take home.
