I go to Lovely Pets as my neighborhood groomer because I love the job they do, it's easy and convenient, and I don't get my dogs groomed very often so the price gets diffused over time. The front shop is very cute, they sell outfits and products for your pets. (They're more expensive just like products you buy at a salon are more expensive than at the supermarket). The staff is really friendly and very well-informed about any grooming matters. I have 2 toy poodles and the first time I brought them in Luis explained to me all the different styling options for poodles and what he thought was most appropriate for my girls. (I still always get a puppy cut with "poodle feet") They're very attentive to requests and feedback. One of my dogs has little moles on her face that are impossible to see when she's fluffy, and if you don't know they're there you'll inevitably end up nicking them when you shave her. The first time I brought my dogs in, this happened and when I picked them up she had a couple tiny glitter band-aids over the spots she'd gotten nicked. The next time I brought the girls in, I told Luis about the moles and when I picked them up, no nicks! Lovely Pets is located on a tiny, one lane, one-way side street off Grand Ave. amidst a bunch of restaurants and shops. There's street parking along either side of the street that fills up really quickly in the afternoon so be prepared to find street parking either on Grand Ave. or around the block along Main Hwy.

He has received nothing but love and care at this daycare. The moment we get there he in jumping at the door trying to get in and start to play. I love to see the Instagram stories and see him running around and having fun. The attendants are so loving and caring with him and I feel fortunate to see how well cared and loved my dog is. By the reports I get I can really see that they really know understand and love my boy. The boarding here also makes it so much easier for me to leave him if I have to go out of town. All the employees are so so nice and really go out of the way to make sure he is well taken care off. Special shout out to Cheyanne who he loves more than me and who has such patience with him and his clinginess.

Plenty of brushes, towels, perfume, cutting sissors, and even toothpaste and brushes (id recommend bringing your own toothbrush though) The system was very easy to use as well. I do have very minor complaints. The rinse didn't seem like just water, I tried pooling some into my hand, and it was still foamy as if soap was still being released. After they dried, there didn't seem to be any soap residue so it worked out fine! The payment situation is a bit confusing, it seemed to be $15 then it was $25. You also can't pay half and half btw so prepare to pay either it all on card or cash. The parking was initially confusing because we didn't know where it was located exactly but it's right next to the lobby on the left! So you can use the street parking behind the building and be very close. I was able to wash both of my medium/large sized dogs one at a time in the 25 minutes provided. They both have relatively shorter hair so I was able to do all the steps with ease. I really enjoyed the experience and will definitely be back. The ability to stand and wash the dogs in a safe environment is hard to come by.

I…read morerecently took my dog who I just adopted two days ago, and from the moment that I walked in cat greeted us with so much enthusiasm. She educated us on the service our beautiful nova was about to get. They sent us pictures of her while grew with her and kept us updated when we went to pick her up. The entire staff came out to see her in her farewell, and we just felt so taken care of. If you are in the Coral Gables area or even in the south Miami area this is your place to go. Nova was adopted two days ago and the stench of shelter was permeating her skin and we couldn't find a way to take out the stench that they were able to successfully do so, which speaks highly about the products that they use and how they are attentive to the needs of the of the pets. Thank you to all the staff have sent bounds. You guys made this experience. Absolutely amazing.
