I stopped in very briefly to see if they had any pet mice. The store was clean, well-stocked and well lit. Very attractive and mostly focused on dogs and cats. When I asked the young woman at the front desk if they had any mice, she said, "You mean, frozen mice?" I said, "No, like for pets." She said unfortunately they do not. Called this store on the 11/26/2025 as I had a coupon for a free paw spa treatment. The coupon was expiring that day, so it needed to be used. When I spoke to the customer service representative I was told that there were no groomers on site and that i could get a rain check and use the coupon on the weekend when the groomers were back. I called over the weekend and explained the situation to the groomers department, at which point they informed me that I would need to add a bath service in order to get the "free" spa paw service. I asked if I could speak to a manager and was transferred back to the front. The lady that answered was the same lady that I had spoken to on 11/26/25. She said she remembered the conversation and went to go speak to the store Manager, Sean. Sean stated that they could not honor the coupon but stated he could give me 20% off of the service. This is false advertising, and aside from that I was lied to. I asked Sean to please pass my information over to his boss, Nick who is the district manager. I waited 3 days for a call but I did not receive one. I called today and spoke to a rep. I explained the situation to the rep. He put me on hold and said he sent a text to the district manager and he too said they could only give me 20% off of the service. The rep stated he would pass my information on to Nick so he could give me a call. These people do not keep their word and do not return phone calls or reply to messages requesting a call. I love this store but sadly will not be returning and will be reporting the false advertising to the BBB. read more

I just moved into this neighborhood and was super excited that there was a pet store five minute walking distance from me. The store is OK. They don't have everything you need, but it does come in clutch every now and then. What I wanna talk about is the groomer in the back. I went in a couple times looking for her and each time she told me she is not the groomer and to talk to somebody in the front. After the third time I found out she was the groomer, suddenly she feels like doing her job. Every time I call this place nobody picks up and I never get a call back. After reading Yelp reviews, we decided to wash our pups here and for $14 per dog, not a bad deal. The fact that I didn't have to clean my bathroom after was a total time saver. Out of the many years I've been coming to this establishment, I have gotten some of the best grooms for my high anxiety pooch. Pati is by far the best groomer. I would give five stars if it were just for her. The interactions with staff (cashiers included ) are always pleasant and I've only ever had one issue a while back. I was waiting to schedule an appointment for my dog when I saw a tall brunette lady forcibly pushing a dog down while she was trimming the hair. I don't believe she knew I was there due to the ' privacy ' gate / wall they have. When I called her attention , she looked guilty. I asked for her name -- Megan & have heard stories from other clients about this woman! Do NOT trust her with your pet. I have a dog with enzyme pancreas insufficiency (EPI) who we had to remove the kibble entirely and go into RAW FOOD DIET. I couldn't and didn't find providers of raw food when I started feeding my dog a raw food diet back in October 2022. This is a very sweet pet supply store. Friendly help and an organized, clean environment for both people and their owners (dogs). I love a "Do-It-Yourself" pet wash, theirs is only $14.99 and they provide towels, soaps, blow dryers and a safe place to get it done without needing to redecorate your bathroom at home afterwards. I'll have to try it out. Lots of supplies, plus toys and treats for every animal who isn't of a barnyard variety. They also have one of those "Do-It-Yourself" collar tag machines to custom build your pet's tags. If washing your pet yourself seems too daunting, they have a grooming department too.
