This was our Willow's first grooming experience. She surprisingly did so well! I was nervous she was going to freak out but the groomers said she did really good. I was also nervous about how they would cut golden retriever hair. She was just scared of the blow dryer lol. Her cut looked sooo good, fur is sooo soft and she smells amazing! Amazing!! Cannot recommend Woof Pack enough. It was our Barbet's first time and Mackenzie was an incredible groomer. She went above and beyond with cleaning his ears, nails, booty and under(arms?) and handling a tricky coat. He looks incredible and is so much happier. Very very reasonably priced. My dog has been here twice and I trust all these ladies working here! there is a wait after dropping her off but it is totally worth it and reasonable! My dog gets so excited when coming here and is so eager to get her wash and cut which speaks wonders! This place is excellent! My dog absolutely hates getting her nails done and hates to be brushed. I have taken her to other groomers in Camarillo and when I pick her up, they look at me with disdain because I dared bring my unruly anxious dog to them. But not Woof Pack grooming. They were wonderful! so sweet so kind -you can tell they really love animals. I will definitely be going back. And my dog looks beautiful. read more

We dropped our puffy dirty dog off around 10, and 3 hours later we got the call to pick up this new, handsome looking puppy! He looked soooooooo good we didn't even recognized him with his bandana! Woof Pack Grooming is our new place to pamper our fur baby, Charley. We had been loyal customers to Petsmart Groomers for years, and unfortunately, Petsmart no longer could accommodate my dog's physical disability. Maddie at Woof Pack was able to accommodate my dog, but also treated him like her own. She pampered him and took the utmost care with him. Nice little groomer. One of the only ones who are brave enough ti groom cats. They have always done a great job and are very reliable. Maddie is the person that grooms my cat. We just moved to Camarillo and have been trying out a few different pup salons but so far love Woof Pack Grooming! You can tell that all of the groomers here really love and care for our furbabies coming in. They took the time to get to know my pup and didn't push him too far on our first visit (he doesn't love getting his feet trimmed and I didn't ask for it, so they saw that and said they wanted to give him a positive first experience). Upon pickup, the receptionist and groomer also updated me on how he did and that means the world to me. I have a husky and they shed... A LOT. So I appreciate that there isn't any extra fee for grooming and all of the husky snow that is left there. Bonus is that it seems like the owners have huskies too and know the dramatic and sassy personalities, hah. One small note is that I hope the next time we bring Shilo in, more of his undercoat is combed out. They did a great job and I'm sure were testing how he did but would love for him to come home with less shed! - Jess read more

Let me explain how incredible this team is!! They are the most on point when it comes to safety and they make me feel at ease dropping my two dogs for their grooming. At first it gets disappointed when it comes to booking BUT it is worth it!!! You will get all the works and all this girls are artist. Of course they need all the time in the world to make our doggos look more amazing than us. I strongly suggest to book again after picking up. I can't they are busy, and that is great since we are in difficult times at the moment. This is a top notch place for a reasonable price!! The team does amazing work here and have been super flexible dealing with annoying circumstances. They were able to squeeze me in for my dog's first appointment and did a beautiful job. They have endured multiple inconveniences from myself and my dog (nervous peeing, random pooping before/after her bath when she ate bad food that morning, requesting an early pickup). Even with all this, they still provide the same fantastic job despite the challenges we bring, treat myself and my dog great, and allow us to keep coming back to them. The customer service is worth more than 5 stars. My dog Mirage has a double coat that I have a hard time deshedding at home, but when we first came in after wintertime, they sent her home with me with such a thin beautiful shiny summer coat. Mirage always smells amazing and stays so soft and fluffy for weeks after a groom here (even when we forget to brush her ourselves). They know what they're doing! Note: Just a heads up that they do charge a late fee if you at 10+ mins late since it does mess up their schedule, so be on time! read more

I like their work, but the last time I picked up my dog, they suggested I get a shock collar for him. What the heck! Shock collars are extremely controversial in pet training, and I am NOT a fan. He already hates grooming, so why would I want to make the experience more traumatizing/painful for him? My boyfriend and I have washed him a few times in a self service grooming salon, and while it is not fun and we would rather pay someone to do it, it's doable. I've also taken him to other professional groomers my hometown before I moved to Camarillo, and I have never received a complaint. I get he's a handful, but this is their job and part of the job is having the tools to calm or restrain high anxiety animals. It just left a bad taste in my mouth to even suggest a shock collar, when there are other options to explore. Soooo..all-in-all, sure, next time I come in, I'll bring my dog a shock collar, as long as I'm able to bring a shock collar for your kid as well! read more

I am so glad I found this grooming salon for my cat!! They are great! They were very experienced with cats thankfully! I have been searching for years for a cat groomer with no luck. I happened to ask my dog groomer in Camarillo (whom I also highly recommend - Kate's Pet Makeover on Daily Drive) if she knew anyone that groomed cats and I lucked out! Highly recommend.. Maddie and her team are amazing. I have been taking my little dog Stu here for about a year now and refuse to go anywhere else. We bounced around a lot of groomers before finding Woofpack and everyone else would just butcher my dog. Maddie's attention to detail is unparalleled. Maddie, you need to realize this is public also and that your snarky, condescending comments where you are essentially insulting anyone who gives you a negative review can be seen by anyone and is noticed! Every time someone gives a negative review you blame them and make some passive aggressive insult. You're a business owner, show some professionalism! And why would a random person not known to you start emailing me on here about my post? There were several people who did this based on the review for your shop and I'm supposed to believe it's all a coincidence? I am so glad my dogs will never be in your presence again. You have issues. This is an add on in response to the snarky comment from the business that was just like the snarky comment over the phone earlier. Funny, you didn't acknowledge that. I also left a message last night and no one returned the call. Please explain how that fits into good customer service? Your comment just confirmed your attitude about being too popular to care about customer service. Oh, and your employee or customer, Marissa M. didn't need to send me a nasty message tgrough here either. Awesome culture you have going there. Giving negative stars if I could. I'm was giving 2 stars because they do great work, but incredibly disappointed in the customer service and time to schedule. I called just now to schedule my 2 small dogs for baths and cuts and they said the soonest was 2 weeks! When I told her that wouldn't work and I'd have to find somewhere else she said that's what's were booking for now, so you gotta do what you gotta do. This is a fairly new groomer in town who has become very popular but has lost sight of customer service and their mentality is now that they don't care because they have enough of a clientele. If you're that busy hire another groomer! We had just found this place and now have to find another because that's ridiculous. I'm not scheduling with a hair stylist in Beverly Hills. read more

I love this place soooo much! We've taken our Evee girl whose an Aussie doodle since she was a tiny little pup, she's about 9 months now. They took there time with her on the first day and made sure she was comfortable through the entire wash and cut process. It was very important considering she'd have to be groomed regularly with having long hair. So making sure she didn't have a bad experience was key! Not only is everyone there really nice, they do a great job! Evee always smells so nice for weeks, and her haircuts always look great! Thank you woofpack! Maddie and everyone at woof pack are amazing! My little 1yr old yorkie had the worst matted hair/fur. After I couldn't get a hold of my other groomer I did a standard search for a groomer because I knew she needed a groom in a bad way. So I found woof pack and saw some of the before and after pictures and I knew they could handle my little pup. They did an amazing job and they were so kind and able to get me in quickly. I'm so happy with how my little one turned out. I knew her hair/fur would have to be cut shorter than wanted but they still made an amazing effort and saved as much as they could. I'm very happy. Upon picking our dog up, they were told by Coleen that she will no longer be accepting/providing service for our dog because, "she is not cooperating". She made the claim that our dog would keep pulling her paws away. This was the first time a complaint like this was made about our dog. Likewise, upon coming home, I noticed these razor burns on our dog's stomach. The times we've taken our dogs to the groomers, this has also not been an issue, and when I myself have shaved her stomach, this has not been an issue. She also told me you can communicate via text messages and also to send paperwork (rabies vaccine proof) which was very convenient. When I arrived I thought their store setup was unique. You walk in and you can see the dogs being groomed right in front of you. I explained to Sierra my concerns regarding my dog's skin allergies and previous knee surgery. Sierra was very attentive and thanked me for giving that information and they would take good care of my dog. They also said it was ok for them to use our dog's prescription shampoo from the Vet. I left and after a few hours I received a phone call saying that my dog was ready for pickup. When I arrived Sierra explained how the grooming went and that my dog did well. I was very satisfied with how my dog looked and smelled and payment was easy via credit card. I will definitely bring our dog back for future grooming sessions.

Adrienne is very patient, kind, and loving with the animals. All three of our dogs have different issues (blind, incontinence, etc.) and it was well worth the price to have her come to the door, one at a time, and just hand her the dogs. Her Sprinter Van is less than one year old and it is immaculate - your dogs will be very happy and it just seems much easier on their system. All of the dogs responded to her positively and there were no concerns. The price of convenience and ease is worth the extra money for me, just not to have to drive with my three senior, temperamental dogs in the car.

I wasn't going to leave a review but after seeing the influx of people with issues with their pets I'll tell you my story. Took my dogs there 2 months ago and yes just like everyone says was greeted by SUPER NICE people but that's where the highlight stops. Dropped off my dog Cookie and cane back about 2 hours later. She looked "good" on the surface but they didn't cut her hair the way I asked them to. That wasn't even the worst part. After getting her home about two hours went by and she started to be super itchy and started chewing herself. I called and spoke to whoever had cut her and was told that it could just be the weather......ok....magically the weather changed so much from the morning when she was fine to then coming there and being itchy....ok fine. Waited a day and it got worse and worse. Called again and was told I could bring her in to get washed again and I didn't feel comfortable so I took her to her vet and within minutes was told that she was cut on her back. On top of that the doctor said whatever had come into contact with her skin had dried it out and was on the verge of getting a hot spot. I have an alert set to see who else comments on this place and enough is enough, don't be fooled by the smiles this place sucks! read more

I had a highly disappointing experience with Woof Pack Grooming. The lack of professionalism in their communication was evident from the start. After dropping off my dog at the scheduled time, I waited for nearly three hours without any updates before they even began grooming him. What was the point of making an appointment? Staff failed to provide any timely feedback and the only explanation for the delay was that they were busy leaving me feeling quite frustrated and disregarded as a customer. What's upsetting the most is that it was our first time going there and to think that my dog was sitting for hours basically neglected is quite infuriating to say the least. When my husband went to pick up our dog, we were appalled to see the results of the grooming session. It was clear that the cut was rushed and poorly executed. There were uneven patches, and it seemed as though they had hurried through the process to make up for the lost time. The entire experience was far from satisfactory, and I do not feel confident returning to or recommending Woof Pack Grooming in the future. Such lack of care and attention to both communication and the quality of grooming services is unacceptable. read more

My husband and I just moved to Camarillo and we were desperately in need of a new groomer to help tackle the boatloads of hair that our Golden, Beesly, somehow manages to expell. After tons of research and recommendations from Nextdoor, the psycho dog mom that I am finally decided to give Woof Pack a shot at tackling Beesly golden locks, unruly pants and her scraggly do. Colleen was able to squeeze her in on a Saturday, which we literally were sooooo appreciative of (even the vacuum thanked her, the hair is out of control). Everyone at Woof Pack was super kind and welcoming when we showed up. Colleen listened to all our wants, needs and desires, and then we left our sweet baby girl in her hands for pampering. A couple hours later and Beesly girl was wrapping up! I gotta admit, It's my worst nightmare that she comes home completely shaved or terrified... but Beesly was happy, clean, soft AF, and we were happy to see her! Colleen did an AMAZING job, and is truly a dog artist! We will definitely be back when we start finding the hair in undesirable places!! Highly recommended! read more

Very disappointed with the level of care this place provided on our dogs. Based on the lack of professionalism in how I've seen the owner reply I'm not going to provide any personal information but I too like multiple people now have 2 dogs that have had reactions after being at this place. Seeing how the owner hasn't helped the last few people with issues I'm not even going to bother BUT STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. I know there's a lot of positive reviews and yes they are "nice" but their service standards and how unprofessional the owner is isn't worth the risk to your pets. Stay away and find any other place to take your babies to, how many more animals have to get hurt at this place before someone e does something? And how many more customers are you going to not help and blame allergies instead of realizing it's your inferior products and unskilled staff. I'm going to be reaching out to the others that have had issues to see how much you didn't help them and what can be done to get everyone's pets and mine healthy and all our money's refunded! read more

Worst experience we've ever had with a groomer. Took both our dogs there and they hurt both of them. One of our dogs was cut on the back and the other had water in her ear. When we contacted them they asked us to bring them back and they washed them again causing them to get a hot spot and an ear infection. The owner offered a full refund then decided to back out and refunded a third of the medical bills and didn't honor what she said. She also had my wife go to the shop for a refund then told my wife she doesn't have cash to refund her, super unprofessional and I would NEVER recommend anyone taking their pets here!!! My dog has been going to Maddie since before she owned her business. We are careful about who works with Lady as she is guarded around other dogs and hates the dryer. Maddie has always been gentle, patient and kind with Lady's quirks and so accommodating. You walk in and you can see the dogs being groomed right in front of you. I explained to Sierra my concerns regarding my dog's skin allergies and previous knee surgery. Sierra was very attentive and thanked me for giving that information and they would take good care of my dog. They also said it was ok for them to use our dog's prescription shampoo from the Vet. I left and after a few hours I received a phone call saying that my dog was ready for pickup. When I arrived Sierra explained how the grooming went and that my dog did well. I was very satisfied with how my dog looked and smelled and payment was easy via credit card. I will definitely bring our dog back for future grooming sessions.
