Went in this morning to check this place out, and see if they could get my dog Lucy (German shepherd) bathed and brushed out. Originally asking me if it was ok if it was a few hours as she had other dogs coming in this morning, obviously I completely understood as I'm just a walk in and I told her to take her time. About an hour later I get a call saying lucy is almost done. She stated Lucy wasn't a fan of the crate and she wanted to make sure Lucy wasn't stressed. In addition when I got there Lucy wasn't in a crate she was in the back room happy as can be. I was then informed that in the future I could book an express wash, meaning they pay full attention to your dog from start to finish. (They do this for dogs like Lucy that get stressed or don't like crates) It is a slight upcharge, however more than worth it to me! The pricing is very reasonable for the quality of work they do and the kindness you and your pets receive! All my questions were answered, concerns were addressed and most of all Lucy came out full of energy and looking her absolute best! I can't say enough good things! I immediately booked a follow up appointment a month out! Thank you guys!!! read more

Worst service ever. I sent my dog to get groomed and they cancelled our appointment without letting us know because they fired our groomer. No phone call or notice. We showed up and they told us her groomer was fired after arrival and that we had to reschedule. I have a doodle and they completely shaved her. They said she had fleas and had to be shaved entirely. Her skin is exposed. This was out of pure laziness. She gets baths once a week, is on nex guard and goes to doggy day care. Never once has anyone ever said she has fleas. She is an indoor dog and has never ever had fleas. The owner is the one who cut her hair and began gaslighting us after and upcharged the service. Her previous groomer was stellar. We just moved to Camarillo and have been trying out a few different pup salons but so far love Woof Pack Grooming! You can tell that all of the groomers here really love and care for our furbabies coming in. They took the time to get to know my pup and didn't push him too far on our first visit (he doesn't love getting his feet trimmed and I didn't ask for it, so they saw that and said they wanted to give him a positive first experience). Upon pickup, the receptionist and groomer also updated me on how he did and that means the world to me. I have a husky and they shed... A LOT. So I appreciate that there isn't any extra fee for grooming and all of the husky snow that is left there. Bonus is that it seems like the owners have huskies too and know the dramatic and sassy personalities, hah. One small note is that I hope the next time we bring Shilo in, more of his undercoat is combed out. Let me explain how incredible this team is!! They are the most on point when it comes to safety and they make me feel at ease dropping my two dogs for their grooming. At first it gets disappointed when it comes to booking BUT it is worth it!!! You will get all the works and all this girls are artist. This is a top notch place for a reasonable price!! The team does amazing work here and have been super flexible dealing with annoying circumstances. They were able to squeeze me in for my dog's first appointment and did a beautiful job. They have endured multiple inconveniences from myself and my dog (nervous peeing, random pooping before/after her bath when she ate bad food that morning, requesting an early pickup). Even with all this, they still provide the same fantastic job despite the challenges we bring, treat myself and my dog great, and allow us to keep coming back to them. The customer service is worth more than 5 stars. My dog Mirage has a double coat that I have a hard time deshedding at home, but when we first came in after wintertime, they sent her home with me with such a thin beautiful shiny summer coat. Mirage always smells amazing and stays so soft and fluffy for weeks after a groom here (even when we forget to brush her ourselves). They know what they're doing! Note: Just a heads up that they do charge a late fee if you at 10+ mins late since it does mess up their schedule, so be on time! read more

I like their work, but the last time I picked up my dog, they suggested I get a shock collar for him. What the heck! Shock collars are extremely controversial in pet training, and I am NOT a fan. He already hates grooming, so why would I want to make the experience more traumatizing/painful for him? My boyfriend and I have washed him a few times in a self service grooming salon, and while it is not fun and we would rather pay someone to do it, it's doable. I've also taken him to other professional groomers my hometown before I moved to Camarillo, and I have never received a complaint. I get he's a handful, but this is their job and part of the job is having the tools to calm or restrain high anxiety animals. It just left a bad taste in my mouth to even suggest a shock collar, when there are other options to explore. Soooo..all-in-all, sure, next time I come in, I'll bring my dog a shock collar, as long as I'm able to bring a shock collar for your kid as well! read more

I love this place soooo much! We've taken our Evee girl whose an Aussie doodle since she was a tiny little pup, she's about 9 months now. They took there time with her on the first day and made sure she was comfortable through the entire wash and cut process. It was very important considering she'd have to be groomed regularly with having long hair. So making sure she didn't have a bad experience was key!
