Originally asking me if it was ok if it was a few hours as she had other dogs coming in this morning, obviously I completely understood as I'm just a walk in and I told her to take her time. About an hour later I get a call saying lucy is almost done. She stated Lucy wasn't a fan of the crate and she wanted to make sure Lucy wasn't stressed. In addition when I got there Lucy wasn't in a crate she was in the back room happy as can be. I was then informed that in the future I could book an express wash, meaning they pay full attention to your dog from start to finish. (They do this for dogs like Lucy that get stressed or don't like crates) It is a slight upcharge, however more than worth it to me! The pricing is very reasonable for the quality of work they do and the kindness you and your pets receive! All my questions were answered, concerns were addressed and most of all Lucy came out full of energy and looking her absolute best! I can't say enough good things! Upon picking our dog up, they were told by Coleen that she will no longer be accepting/providing service for our dog because, "she is not cooperating". She made the claim that our dog would keep pulling her paws away. This was the first time a complaint like this was made about our dog. Likewise, upon coming home, I noticed these razor burns on our dog's stomach. The times we've taken our dogs to the groomers, this has also not been an issue, and when I myself have shaved her stomach, this has not been an issue. No wonder our dog was eager to leave the establishment. We are definitely less than satisfied with the work.

I called RtF and spoke with Sierra who was very friendly and informative on the phone on their varying prices on grooming. She also told me you can communicate via text messages and also to send paperwork (rabies vaccine proof) which was very convenient. When I arrived I thought their store setup was unique. You walk in and you can see the dogs being groomed right in front of you. I explained to Sierra my concerns regarding my dog's skin allergies and previous knee surgery. Sierra was very attentive and thanked me for giving that information and they would take good care of my dog. They also said it was ok for them to use our dog's prescription shampoo from the Vet. I left and after a few hours I received a phone call saying that my dog was ready for pickup. When I arrived Sierra explained how the grooming went and that my dog did well. I was very satisfied with how my dog looked and smelled and payment was easy via credit card. I will definitely bring our dog back for future grooming sessions.

After that, about once a week we would take him to regular daycare just so he can get used to being around the employees and the dogs. When we would pick him up, he would be so full of energy and joy. He would mainly stick by the people rather than the dogs, he's just like that. During his stay, he had gotten a minor injury(due to his fault not the daycare), which they called us to let us know of what had happened, what they will be doing (cleaning the wound and making sure he doesn't lick it). If it had escalated, they would provide some medication, but luckily he was perfectly fine and unbothered. They were very informative and caring for the dogs, have a great location, and the people are kind, we are grateful. Although we do not need to take him to daycare or to board him anytime soon, we would definitely return here if we needed to.

He is so knowledgeable and attentive to his customer, keeping you in the know about the condition of your pups coat before and after and what he notices about its health. It reassured me he knew what he was doing and cared about making sure he was leaving our giant 3 year old Doberman in better condition than he found him. We are full time working first time parents and, in a very cliche way, we of course found less and less opportunities to take our dobie to the groomer. Adrienne is very patient, kind, and loving with the animals. All three of our dogs have different issues (blind, incontinence, etc.) and it was well worth the price to have her come to the door, one at a time, and just hand her the dogs. Her Sprinter Van is less than one year old and it is immaculate - your dogs will be very happy and it just seems much easier on their system. All of the dogs responded to her positively and there were no concerns. The price of convenience and ease is worth the extra money for me, just not to have to drive with my three senior, temperamental dogs in the car.

Diane's is the best groomer I've ever been to. They always treat my dog with special loving care even though she's difficult sometimes. Not always the easiest dog to groom! I would recommend Diane's before anybody always. They not only do my dog but I've done my brothers dog also was never a complaint just praise. read more

During the appointment, she aggressively spoke to one of my cats while she was cutting her nails, telling the cat she wasn't nice and was "bad." She also cut my cats' nails too short, and they bled. When I addressed the issues with her, she justified why it occurred rather than apologizing and taking responsibility for cutting the nails too short. She put a quick-stop solution on the nails and told me it happened all the time (this has never happened with any other professional groomer in my experience). I told her I would not be using her services again. When I gave her feedback about how unprofessional her behavior was and how disappointing the services were, she did not take responsibility for her mistake or her aggressive behavior but said, "I'm sorry you feel that way." Now that I've read the other Yelp reviews, I can see that she blames the animals for being "bad" rather than taking responsibility for her unprofessional behavior and mistakes. I'll share this experience with my local community so that others' animals are not mistreated by using her services.
