I love shopping at the store in Easton, as it is clean and well stocked. The people working the register, answering questions, and greeting customers are always helpful, kind and friendly. I usually find everything I want for my dog, but I noticed on my last visit that PSP is cutting back on the freeze dried dog treats from Stella & Chewy's. Also, these are ending up on the bottom shelf where the premium treats are displayed. I would give 5 stars if PSP hadn't cut back on the treats I buy. Stella & Chewy's freeze dried kibble also is in short supply. If there is a reason for this, it would be good to know before I visit the store again. Store was very clean. I come to this location every year to buy a gift card as a present for the holidays. This year the young lady behind the counter couldn't be bothered with Work the day I was there, I asked for a gift card with an envelope, which I have gotten for the past 4 years, she looked at me and said where is it? No, that is what I would like to buy, there were none at her station, she took a deep breathe walked away and came back with one, without an envelope, I asked nicely for one, she said that's all we have. I have a major problem with my purchase and the only way for my to remedy the situation is to drive there because no one ever answers the phone. When you call, it gives you options to speak with customer service but after several attempts, no one ever answers and the automated system ends up ending the call. It's so frustrating because I don't want others to run into this issue and I do not have the time to drive back there. If you look at the image I've posted, at the bottom of the bag of corn, it's infested with bugs. Not a little but everywhere and full of bugs when the bag is opened and they are disturbed. Unfortunately I've mistakenly poured it into my mixed some of expensive parrot food and nuts that I will now have to trash and sanitize the mix container. I'm pretty angry about this incident since I can't even get ahold of anyone at this store location. I hope corporate reads this. Is this phone system like this at all the stores? read more

Some of the staff is nice and there's a lot of things that they cover up at the store that shouldn't be customers have rights to know especially with their pets they're not always organized there's too many leaders and not enough followers everybody wants to be a boss and I've known several people to be there and they just they can be a good store but I think Petco is a better choice the animals that are at the store are not always correctly handled and I just believe that there's a lot of abnormal thing going on there read more

I have been shopping here for years, and the prices are very competitive, and many of their pet foods qualify for their store rewards program. in all the years I have been going there, their staff have always been helpful and knowledgeable. They also without fail offer to carry the big bag of dog food to me car. (Ok, I had one bad experience, years ago; because no place is perfect, but they are still the best!) They recently started curbside service, and it was the fastest and easiest curbside service I have ever experienced. Also, when my last dog died, they took back as a return the unopened specialty food I had just bought for him. I had lost the receipt, but they looked it up on my loyalty card. You don't see that kind of compassionate service ( I was crying, guys!) at most big box pet stores. read more

Suggestion for management. I have been to this store multiple times and they always have computer down issues. Check out takes forever cause they only keep one register open and is always down having complications. Today a customer needed to do a return in front of us that left us standing in line for 1o min and then on top of it computer took another 5 min to process return. I was left standing there with only one item in hand while Manager came up to deal with return and ingnored us. Simply could have opened other register to take care of us. Having worked in retail i would suggest in future u leave both registers open for people who have returns and also the fact the one register you have open is always down. i will not be returning to this location for this reason. Large, pet friendly store with a great selection of whatever it is your looking for. I typically just stop in for the DIY dog wash stalls! These are awesome! For $9 you can wash & dry your dog, much easier then making a huge mess in my own bathroom if you ask me. Just bring your own shampoo to save a few bucks & wear some clothes you don't mind getting wet, those little smocks don't help against a shaking dog! read more

Kudos to Pet Supply Plus! I went into the store for 2 quick release pincher collars for my puppies. They did not have the metal chain quick release collars in the needed size but had nylon strap quick release collars so I got them. Sadly the nylon strap does not slide freely and keeps the collar in the correction position. I hemmed and hawed about returning them since I did not have the packaging or receipt. So I got the nerve to call and ask of they could help me. The man said "sure we will help you out" without question! I figured when I went in the guy would not be there and they would not help! I was very pleasantly surprised that they did help me without making me feel guilty ! Very happy with my experience! They don't honor their own mistakes they had adult dog food where there was clearance sign for wellness dog food and when I checked out they told me it wasn't on clearance..... So we walked back and in tiny print it said puppy but they didn't not care that it was in the wrong place I was told I should read the sign better and pay full price . Reached for a case of Fancy Feat cat food on top shelf...didn't know they'd cut the plastic shrink wrap...24 little cans came raining down on my head. Then at checkout the cashier said phone number I gave her wasn't registered. I had to go through whole registration process while a line formed behind me. Very embarrassing. I like this store because it is the cheapest place I can get my Guinea pigs their hay and food but when I used to purchase their store brand foo, where you weigh it yourself, I would come home and have moths flying around a few weeks later. After researching, we found that Indian moths lay eggs in pet food and we found larvae in the food. We told the manager but he said that often happens with the bulk rodent food. He could have atleast offered us a bag of food. read more

Yes it is expensive here, but two years ago I got a very good deal on a cat tree, and a young guy was very helpful loading it into my car. On the other hand, a female was exceptionally rude when I was buying cat-food. Bottom line, there is some good and some bad everywhere. read more
