The staff always finds a way to locate me and ask if I needed help or have any questions. Great staff, clean place, reasonably priced. All the groomers did for my dog is complain, that she wasn't staying still, she was a hard one to wash and trim, I mean do they realize that not all dogs like showers. Anyway would not recommend them go to pet-smart better experience they don't complain they are grateful that I chose them. read more

Most amazing pet store ever. My one and only. They carry the best brand of dog food for my new puppy. Redford salmon and sweet potato. I have had zero issues with her digestion. And she loves the food. Was going to switch to Costco when she got older. But no way Jose. I'm buying the adult dog Redford brand. When my local store was low. Only one left. I mentioned it and they said they d ensure there was always one in stock for me. And they have! Also I get coupons that really help my pocket book. Allowing me to get my pup more things like a bag of treats or a toy. The website is so super user friendly. Letting me place my order for curbside pick up. I pull up. Click the I'm here button. So happy this store opened near my apartment!!! Petsmart is usually out of stock of most items, the line is ALWAYS wrapped to the back of the store and it's constantly filthy. Not this place! Clean, well organized and an amazing selection of items, even for a smaller sized store. The staff is insanely friendly to everyone who enters and very chatty. Also I love that there's two entrances. Minor things can make a world of difference. The prices are good too. The only thing we dislike is the small selection of fish tank filters. But I'd say if that's my only complaint, they're doing pretty dang good. We will frequent this over most pet stores for the foreseeable future. read more

Staff is AWESOME! This was the first time I've visited this store. My dog had a little too much fun on our walk today and ended up entirely too muddy. We couldn't get to the groomer on such short notice and needed a bath asap! My son uses their doggie self wash stations and recommended them, so without much choice, I gave them a shot. Wow, I was so impressed! The two ladies working were incredibly helpful! One of them showed me how to use the wash stations, the other gave my pup treats and helped my 7 year old pick out a great toy for him when we were done. Shortly after leaving, they called to let us know that my 7 year old had left his jacket. Such great customer service! The self doggie wash wasn't nearly as difficult as I imagined. They provide everything you need; shampoo, brushes, towels and a dryer. I have a large 85 lbs. pit, and while he doesn't typically love baths, we got the job done, had a really great experience, and saved a ton of money that I would have normally spent at the groomer. I brought my dogs in to have their bath today at the self-service I was here on Tuesday and asked the price is $10 or wash or 5 watches for $25 I came in today and now it's $40 for five washes or $14 a wash I said but I was just here and the young girl never told me that the price was going up the manager stated there were signs all over the place of course there were none hanging there aren't any signs or yes but the manager says yes we have them they were here and there and everywhere and it took them down that quick I don't think so read more

use to like this place. Had a good experience when they first opened. They had called me to see if I was ready to bring my dog in for grooming again. I made an appointment & during that call she distinctly said it would be $67,, that I would get in before they raised their prices. They ended up canceling on me due to the snow conditions. Then I did show for the reschedule day where a girl ( not so polite, actually rude) told me it would be at least $80.She wasn't warm or friendly to my dog, either. I don't recommend this place . Christina in the grooming department has made bath day comfortable for my two large Bernese Mt. Dogs and myself. She figured out a system that works to keep the dogs calm and cooperative. This involves much lifting and talking to both dogs. One of the dogs is unable to stand long and she has made it work. The store is stocked with everything a pet owner needs and great prices. Everyone I have had interactions with have been helpful, with great communication skills. read more
