We love Amber and have been taking our girl to see her for the last year and a half. Our 3 year old poodle had had a very bad appointment with another groomer that left her with double ear infections and was subsequently terrified of being groomed. Amber has worked lovingly with her to gain her trust and it's such a relief to know that our pup will be cared for during her appointments. We also LOVE how our pup looks now! Amber does a wonderful job making sure our girl is has a custom cut that really accentuates her features. I can't say enough to relay how positive our experiences have been with Dirty Doodle and will continue to refer anyone who asks to Amber.

I wouldn't take my sweet Hobi to any other groomer! Hobi is always so so happy to see her, you can tell she gets treated with a lot of love and care! @dirtydodle has four doodles her own, I trust her with any advice/tips she has for me, and she's always super helpful when I have questions on what to do at home. I drive across town to take Hobi to her, I use the time to go sit at Edgefield (which isn't even ten minutes away). It's a nice treat for both me and Hobi! It's such a relief to drop her off and know I can be at ease that she's in very capable, professional hands! Check out the amazing pictures. I take both of my dogs here. Before taking my dog to dirty doodle they were very scared of the groomer, but after Amber they have been great and even made it easy to bathe at home. She has instilled trust in my doggies. My pups love her and they come home with a sparkling coat, smell good and sometimes even with a new bandana. Recommend 100%. When she spotted a bad review (a honest one) , she and her crew started bombarding you with mean messages and called you names. Now I get why my friend who also used her service warned me to spill the tea on this service. Seriously, steer clear of this place. Amber is a phenomenal groomer. I have been going to her for almost 2 years and my dogs have come back wonderful every time. I had an elderly cocker spaniel who wasn't always the greatest towards groomers and amber always took her time and made her comfortable. My pups love seeing her! read more

Amber is incredible and I highly recommend her. My labradoodle, amigo is a sensitive guy and actually got excited when we'd pull up. I've moved around a few times and amigo is 7 so we've been to a lot of different groomers and I've never been so happy. I'll admit when I first brought him in I knew he had some matting and was going to probably come back a shameful house rat but instead he looked the best he's ever looked and I've never booked again so fast. I also got a good giggle out of his before and after pictures she posted on her Instagram. I got updates throughout the groomings and knew he was in good hands. He is happy and not under any kind of stress when I pick him up. I know she cares about him and doesn't just rush through and then crate him. Amigo is my world and I'm super weary about where I take him and I never had a bad feeling here. He looks, smells, and acts great every time we go. read more

About 6 weeks ago Douglas, our two year old dachshund, had a mobility issue that suddenly occurred. I took him to the emergency hospital here in Eugene, and was notified he needed to see a Neurologist. My vet the next morning referred me to VCA in Clackamas. From the moment Douglas and I walked in we were treated with nothing but top shelf care. Dr. Korff examined Douglas then made her recommendation of surgery that was needed to try to save Douglas' ability to walk. The next 24 hours were rough. When I picked him up we were told that the surgery had gone great. The team at VCA had taken amazing care of Douglas. We were sent home with medications and instructions. For the next five weeks we did everything that we were instructed to do. We had our follow up appointment this past week. We were sent home with a glowing report! Dr. Korff said he looked great, and would continue to get stronger! I want to thank everybody at VCA for caring for Douglas and coaching me through his rehabilitation. I realize my experience doesn't have anything to do with acute problems in younger animals that may need surgery, etc., but I was impressed with the compassion and with the speed in which they took care of both of my cats when we were experiencing end of life choices.

Amber is truly one of a kind. She is more than just a groomer to our family, she is a friend. The experience our dogs get when going to Amber's is above and beyond. When your dogs are in her care, they become "her" dogs (and hers are seriously so happy and spoiled! ). My 2 dogs are not doodles. This wasn't a challenge for Amber though. Our dogs are shedders (Aussie mix and German Shepherd mix) ~ they came back SO soft, clean and happy. Anytime I get the chance to recommend Amber & friends/acquaintances go to her they rave to me about how great and experience it was for both human and dog alike. Most, if not all, are return clients. Amber is awesome at communicating!!! She makes scheduling a breeze and ALWAYS puts the dog first-- if anything is amiss or needs addressing (such as behavior, a concern found, etc) you will be sure to know asap! With her knowledge she helped guide us on creating a regular grooming schedule for the happy/healthiness of our furry friend. Amber had truly become like family to us. So much so that when we lost our sweet dog several months ago she was one of the first to come by with a hug and goodie basket (it included activities for our kids so we could allow ourselves time to grieve, comfort snacks, and most importantly a portrait of our sweet Blu dog that she drew up herself and placed in a beautiful frame. I'm so glad I found Amber at Dirty Doodle Co. when I did. I had been taking my standard poodle to one of the large chain groomers and I noticed he had started to become anxious at drop off after taking him there for a couple years. They seemed to do a fine job grooming him but I got concerned with his treatment there. since I found Amber at Dirty Doodle Co. his anxiety has disappeared and his coat seems healthier. His coat stays as soft as it is the day of his groom all the way up to his next appointment thanks to the quality products Amber uses. Amber at Dirty Doodle Co knocked it outta the dog park! I took my Copper to have him groomed for the first time. Not only did she send him home looking and smelling like 100 bucks, but he now lets me brush him anytime. Amber is good at what she does, but more importantly she treats her clients like family.
