I'd advise taking care with fish- they use RO water, so drip acclimation will be necessary if you're on KC tap water. The Pygmy's cories I got from them were healthy, but they needed a slow acclimation to be put into my quarantine. They're now in the display. They're knowledgeable about their fish and plants (I'd assume salt water as well, but I don't have a saltwater tank, so I can't say one way or the other). The plants I've purchased from them have been great, except for one buce brownie tissue culture that melted and hasn't come back, but apparently my tank doesn't like buce, because I've tired multiple times, and buce melts and never come back, so I don't fault them for that. Their plants are nearly always in good shape and happy. I did buy some downoi that was super leggy, and so I trimmed it to use only the best of it. It's there, in the tank, and I'm watching to see what it does. But the tissue culture of the downoi I got from them really took off, and is propagating just fine. Their cost is in line with online sellers when you factor in shipping. I'll continue to use them. I've been pleased with the knowledge of the employees and their locality.

I had…read moreone stylist last month who called me 90 minutes after drop telling my dog was groomed and trimmed when she was not trimmed at all; then I had to make multiple calls and finally bring her back to get $100 back. The frequently cancel every 2 to 3 appointments so are not a reliable groomer.

I normally just run in and grab dog food but they have a lot of good products. I've also bought dog cookies that usually come in fun shapes and colors. I have one very picky dog who hates everything but loves those cookies. The store is always clean. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The store offers a good variety of products for all kinds of critters. The rewards program is pretty good and they frequently offer coupons. There is a self dog wash station. Occasionally, they host adoption pop ups too. They also have donation boxes at the front for various shelters. Definitely stop in for any needed pet supplies!

I stop in here on most of my visits to Trader Joe's right next door to get my pups and kitties…read moresomething. I mostly buy the treats and food but I have bought some other items too. The homemade treats are a favorite for my doggies. I usually buy the dozen bag and a few extra fun ones. I haven't inquired about their grooming services yet and need to do so. My doggies are low maintenance on grooming but certainly need one from time to time. The customer service here is great and there is one employee who is just fantastic! I need to ask her name because she is just so helpful and nice! She has been there every time I go in besides one. She has short hair and wears glasses, probably close to my height at 5'2 or a little taller. She is a treasure and if I get her name, I'll come back and add it here. She is an asset for this business! Always helps me pick out good items, promotes products but not in a pushy way, makes sure my pets have any free samples available. Helps me find things I need in the store. A big thanks to her for being a positive in my day when I visit the store!
