What caught our eye the most was a $8.99/lb bar of different dog treats to fill a bag with. There were a ton of great choices, and the ingredients are clearly spelled out. They also had good toothbrush options, which is a gift to us all as my older dog's breath reeks. It's just got that great, local, Brookside shop vibe you'd come to expect for the area. Nestled between a KC maker shop and a candle shop, it's a block that has a lot for holiday shopping. Everything you need to groom your dog is apart of the $20 fee: shampoo, conditioner, ear cleaner, comb, brush, towel, cologne and dryer. The facility was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I purchased a cookie from the bakery on the way out and my dog loved it. I'm excited to visit again!

I absolutely loved the experience and will definitely come back monthly! They provide a rubber scrubber, hypoallergenic soap, face wash and an apron for bathing. At the drying station, they provide ear cleaner, conditioning/detangling spray, a comb, a brush and a very high powered dryer! Bathing my Frenchie was quick and easy. I have one very picky dog who hates everything but loves those cookies. The store is always clean. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I was very displeased and will not go back. My appointment was at 8:00 and the groomer had not…read morearrived for the appointment. I had to talk to the helper. So, what I conveyed to her was not shared with the groomer, let's call her V. V rushed in saying she had to take a phone call, so she did not acknowledge me. The helper put the lead around my 60 pound dog who was reluctant to leave me. When I looked up, she was literally dragging my dog across the floor by her neck. V did put a stop to that after I voiced that my dog could be hurt​. I had chosen the length to be between the second and third swatch for length, but more toward the third. My small dog was given what I can only imagine was not either because her skin was showing through. When I got my dog home, she was so miserable with scratching and biting and itching. I finally had to go buy oatmeal and coconut oil to bathe her in an oatmeal bath and soothe her skin further with the oil. The manager called me after I pointed out my experience. We had a nice conversation about having this be a learning experience and bringing these points up at their next meeting. Then V called. No matter what I said, she had a come back that placed blame on me, my dog, or some product that was used. I gave up trying to have a mutually beneficial conversation. I will never go back. I suggest you find a different grooming salon for your dogs also. Negative short summary: Groomer late to appt. Did not communicate with me because her personal phone call was more important.
