Brooke is the best!! We were surprised and delighted that she offered to take a litter of orphaned kittens that we were going to try to bottle feed. I was not greeted when I came in. The store was not busy & the girl at the cash register just looked at me, not even a smile. I walked around looking for something specific & a young gentlemen even went to the back to see if there were some back there. The store was out of what I was looking for. I walked past the cashier several times & she was just blank. When I checked out, the girl had her arm in a sling. Apparently it affected her legs also. I had to push my basket around so she could scan my items. The only words spoken to me were to tell me the price. I would just prefer someone at least try to be friendly. read more

The employees who work in this pet store are very helpful. I commend young people who provide great customer service (since many these days they are too busy on their phones) We went to purchase a new brand of dog food because our five year old dog had refused to continue to eat her usual dog food. The employees provided us with information about a the brand we were interested in so that we were able to make an informed decision. Our dog eats her new food as soon as we put the bowl on the floor. We were also helped sign up for their discount card so we get credit for each purchase. We will be back! read more

All the employees are super friendly and know their products. The store manager is a very animal dedicated person. They have a wash your own dog station. And at any given time they have rescued animals from Animal Shelter Volunteers of Texas, up for adoption. read more

Just bathed my two dogs in their self serve dog wash. Awesome! I will be here frequently. It is SO worth $10 a dog ($5 with purchase of 5 wash card). So convenient and NO bathroom mess to clean up when done. Choice of shampoos (oatmeal, deoderizing, one w/conditioner, plus one more) The blow dryer was the perfect thing to dry the dog or u can use towels if u want. I bought dogfood here yesterday and found their prices uncomfortable to other places, plus they price match. So happy they are here. read more

This small local pet store is surprisingly well stocked... I buy ProPlan and can't find the variety I feed my dog at the Big box pet chains but they've always had it! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable plus they'll price match. Did I mention they'll also bring it out to your car. read more

Jon is very knowledgeable and can pretty much answer all your questions about fish (and prob any animal). We go here now instead of ordering online or Petsmart. They replaced a dead fish w/ no questions asked which was nice bc it was an exact match. They also have a perks card send 20% coupons in them mail. read more

I am thrilled that my friend told me about this store. I live in Walden and have been driving to Pet Smart for supplies and found everything that I need for my 2 cats at Pet Supplies Plus, and everyone is so friendly. Noreen is even going to order the flavor of cat food that I need for my picky cats, you could not ask for much better service than that. Dishonest and such a ripoff. Refused to price match 3 cases of cat food. They play this dishonest game with you when you show them an online retailer who sells the same product and they say they can't price match when you purchase the exact same quantity because they don't sell by the case, even though you buy in case quantities. So, they just lost a $150/month Autoship customer who also buys another $100 - $150/ month in misc purchases each month. Probably not the caliber of customer you want to lose. But that's what small minded short sighted thinking does for your business. Save Money, Buy online and save the drive to the store. read more

Love this store!! Great selection on all products, from food, toys, treats, ext. The food they carry is all good quality. The fish and reptiles look amazing and healthy, unlike other chain stores. The pet wash is awesome and has everything you need...except for a hydrosurge but that's ok. So glad this place is open so I no longer have to go all the way to the feed store and petco! read more

This has always been my favorite pet store but sadly that has changed. We went today and were there 20 minutes, were never asked if thy could help us. One employee passed us 4 times and never even said hi. Was too busy with his trash bag. Another was too busy shopping for herself. I had to go and ask 3 times for help. And I still never got a hello, or im sorry. There was only one other customer so it wasn't busy. After 20 minutes of standing by the hamster cages one person finally came but had absolutely no interest in helping us with them. So we left. Very sad. What happened to customer service!?! read more
