I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised at the service I received and how inexpensive it was. My dog received excellent care AND it didn't break the bank! They'd already leashed my dog and taken her to the back when I casually mentioned she'd be chill because I gave her a single trazedone dose which she only takes for vet visits. All the staff members present froze in place and one said "oh no, we can't take any dog who's on anxiety medication". I was stunned - I asked, why wasn't this policy mentioned anywhere on the grooming website or at any point in the scheduling process? Two staff members were apologetic. One staff member said, "well did you ask?" A service-ending policy regarding a factor as common as anxiety medication should be clearly stated at the beginning of service scheduling, included in email confirmations (it wasn't), text reminders (not there either!), and clearly posted at the check-in desk (nothing was posted). Petco: please don't let this total waste of time and uncomfortable interaction happen to future customers or your poor groomers.

He was having issues with signals from his spinal cord to his hind legs that made walking difficult. Sometimes he just didn't want to get up for his walks. Cassidy and I decided that he really enjoyed seeing his regular dog walker, but instead of walking him if he didn't stand up, his walker would pat him and offer him water. Cassidy's employees went from dog walkers to hospice workers as Max's issues were terminal. My husband and I are so thankful and grateful that we were able to find Pupchella for when Max was younger and could go on walks and for when he was old and just wanted to be petted. We cannot recommend the compassionate and loving care that Pupchella offers.

Not only did they do a great job, they discussed some care options with us to prepare for a trip where we knew there would be ticks everywhere. They also have a very nice reservation system which was lacking with our previous groomer where we needed to call for every appointment.
