She responded with "I will give your number to the groomer, he will call you to come in for a later time" What? I left my work early for this and came home. Again, no apology, no explanation. My sweet pup Freddie is a sensitive little guy who takes a while to warm up to other people, and the Doggy Daycare staff have been absolute angels with him. They truly go the extra mile, even giving Freddie one-on-one time until he got more comfortable with them. I trust them with Freddie implicitly, and he's always ecstatic to get out of the car and into daycare in the morning, which I never thought I'd be able to say. I couldn't be more grateful, and neither could Freddie! (For anyone with COVID-19 concerns, they are taking all the precautions--wearing masks, social distancing, etc. They have each owner wait in their car and call the front office for drop-off to avoid any gatherings.) All in all, a wonderful service, I can't recommend them enough!
