We visited to use the dog bathing station. Water was warm, dryer worked ok, the smock was appreciated. There were a variety of shampoos including an oatmeal one and a hypoallergenic option, although the only conditioner offered was also a shampoo. We brought our own shampoo so I can't offer much feedback on the house choices. A tip for visitors, the drain has a removable basket to catch hair so you can easily rinse down the station when done, pull it out and dump the hair in the trash can provided. The only tricky part was some kind of register problem which made for a long wait to pay in advance. But all went well from there. Cost was $18 but there is also a 5 for $50 option which we will use next time. read more

I was never offered to show my credit card statement or bank statement when I called. Otherwise I would of drove over. Cat tree has already been donated as mentioned in the original review and I had told the store that I would if I could not return it. I asked for the manger to call me back, he never did hoping something else could be offered, maybe store credit with restocking fee? I mentioned all things above, I only got a friendly apology, and a sorry nothing we can do... We moved and I had no choice but to donate, as I said on the phone store credit would of been completely fine with me. Any credit would of gone right back into the store. Follow-up on my dog situation. Owner finally called me, and had the audacity to say it's partly my fault because I let my pet get so matted! Manager and groomer deny that I said they could shave him if they couldn't brush through the matting. Why on earth would I lie about that, with such specificity, at that? Terrible, terrible business. After having a literal argument with him and the manager they agreed to reimburse for the grooming and pay for a vet bill. I'm going to get it in writing as I emailed them and need a response. Owner, Joe, was condescending. I honestly like to patronize small business rather than big corp, but I hope this business fails. Awful, awful awful! Edited to add: just spoke with the manager and they are denying this was caused by the grooming! How can they be so unethical? DO NOT TRUST YOUR BELOVED PETS WITH THEM! Took my dogs to get groomed and specifically told them that if they cannot brush through the matted hair that it is ok to shave. Told both the manager and the groomer this. They had my dogs for five hours and when I went to pick them up, one was barely groomed and the hair was completely uneven, the other (poor baby) had bald spots. I voiced my concern and they said it was from where they pulled the hair out while brushing, and they didn't seem concerned. Was told they couldn't finish because they didn't want to stress the dog out anymore and to come back a few days later. Ok... The next day my dog woke up, was lethargic and developed a huge sore. Contacted the store the following day to let them know. Spoke with a different manager and relayed the story. She said I should have received a 15% discount at booking because the groomer was in training. I was not told it was a groomer in training when making the appointment. Was given a "hotspot" spray to use to see if it will help the infection. Not helping and seems to be very irritating on the skin because he yelps and runs when I spray it. They said they were going to look into my paperwork and call me back about sending me to their vet, did not call me back. I had to call back the next day and still waiting for a call back. Our puppy wasn't eating what was given to us from the breeder and the lady there directed us to a few other brands that we tried and which our puppy loves. The prices are also very competitive compared to other large chains and online sites. Plus they send great coupons through email. Who can pass that up. Found this pet store that just opened up on accident. As of this week they are open for in store purchases, grooming, and self washing grooming stations. They've got everything the big brand stores have for your pets. I wanted to write this review for the grooming department. It's been difficult finding a place that's open and affordable lately so I was super excited when I saw they were open for grooming services for my Maltese. I had no idea this place had opened up and had always gone to PetSmart across the street. We decided to try them out to look for enclosure items for a small pet. They had a lot to choose from and everything was stalked perfectly. They had pretty good deals on certain items that we needed as well. I went back later and purchased a small snake that I had previously seen and they took the time to find a nice box and ensure he wouldn't escape on the way home. I love the snake and the deals that they had, as well as the friendly staff. Will definitely be returning. read more

The grooming department is just absolutely horrible, I took my dog yesterday at and after 3.5 hours my dog was wet in the cage and all the staff positive with covid touching everything. I found out when I went to check in my dog and I was so mad I took my wet dog home. I guess one of the staff members was positive the night before and the other staff got test and were positive as well why wasn't I told this at 9 am why didn't they close why would they keep my dog. I don't understand, I have two small kids at home and these people just don't care to spread the virus stay home if you don't feel good never will I ever go into that store. read more

I took advantage of this weekend's 20% off sale and saved almost $12 on the bag of dog food I use. I placed the order online, paid and then only had to pick up the food. A very nice young man carried the bag to my car. Placing the order and picking up couldn't be easier. My only suggestion is that they post the phone number for pickup in the parking lot so the customer doesn't need to go into the store to get his/her order. read more

They have a fantastic selection of foods, treats, toys, etc. They also offer self grooming stations that are fully stocked with shampoos and towels. I had the worst experience here today thanks to Christine from the grooming department. Thankful for the manager (I'm not sure her name) because she handled the awful situation wonderfully. I brought my dog here today for a standard bath and brush, I wrote down on the form I signed that my dog is afraid of the blow dryer and that it causes him severe distress so if they could use the kennel or let him air dry. Christine took him to the back and he was there 4.5 hours. When I finally showed up to get my dog, I was directed to pay first- where I was told prior to drop off that the total was $55. When I was rang up at the register all of a sudden I was charged an additional $20 ($75 total) for "special handling". Thankfully the manager took the additional cost off because no one informed me of that and I had signed a paper telling me I will only be charged $55. I went to the back to get my dog where Christine's behavior and attitude toward me switched like a dime. She said, "you should be embarrassed to not be paying the groomers an additional $20 for your dog tried biting us!" And I told her not to blow dry my dog due to him being scared, what happens when he is scared is on them for not listening to me. She also said "you can go to a different groomers next time" and "if it was my dog I would be embarassed that my dog tried to bite the groomers face off so I would pay the $20" Like 1. My dog has never bitten anyone ever he is a giant baby who is just scared of everything. He isn't aggressive. 2. I have no problem paying $20 at all if my dog misbehaved, IF they had told me about it being a possible charge PRIOR to paying and signing. But no one informed me and no one told me my dog was acting a certain way. 3. It is NEVER ok for anyone that works anywhere to speak to a PAYING CUSTOMER that way. And to basically call my dog aggressive and shame me for not paying $20 extra that isn't even going in her damn paycheck. I will never be returning to pet supplies for anything, especially grooming. If Christine is treating me that way, I am horrified to think of how she treated my scared dog. Shame on you Christine. Thank you to the manager who handled it. read more

Do not trust this place! Besides poor customer service, we specifically requested that our dog be shaved if the groomers couldn't untangled his matted hair. Instead, they pulled it out with a brush, leaving sores and bald spots. An infection is on the way. They expressed No remorse. We later learned that the groomer was in training, but were not told this prior to entrusting our dog with this groomer. We are still waiting for management to resolve this rather than deny that it had occurred at their business. Choose your groomer wisely and don't come here! read more

The place I normally went to was only doing full service grooming with curbside drop off and pickup by appointment during the due to Covid19. I went to Pet Supplies Plus, the groomer was out that day, but I was able to schedule an appointment to have my dog's nails trimmed the next morning. I arrived, dropped my dog off and her nails we're trimmed while I waited for a very reasonable cost. read more
