I love this pet store'. The attendants are always helpful and willing to assist in any way. From the moment you walk in the door and as you walk through the store, all of the employees offer assistance. They also price check for you for matching opportunities if you know of a lower price. After purchasing my new puppy I had did my research on the best grain free dog food and of course "Stella and Chewys" took the cake but it was so hard to find! This was one of the few places that sells Stella & Chewys the staff is helpful even offering to make a special order for me on the chicken flavor which they sold out on, which was I thought was really nice! I had been shopping around for both brands, Merrick and Stella & Chewys and this store has the best prices compared to petco, petsmart They even accepted my petco coupon This will be my go to pet store for sure! read more

I can't say enough about Pet Supplies Plus! I placed an order last week and was so sick, I couldn't pick it up. The store reached out to me and told me not to worry, they would hold it for me. I spoke with them today and explained I couldn't pick it up because my diabetic cat was having another health crisis. I've been monitoring his blood hourly for two days. The prices are great compare to Petco and if I have a coupon that expired couple of days ago they make the exception and ring it anyways. Love their store the staff here are very attentive. I always get my puppy meals, foods, treats and sometimes clothes. If I have issues they're willing to assist you. Most of the staff there also own let's, so it's helpful when they share their story with you on what works and what doesn't work. They have product knowledge, so every information they give me In regards to non grain products, organic products and commercial products are a big help. On the plus side they also have a Vet that stops by every Sunday's. It's saves me trip to actually going to a vet. One stop and go, my puppy got mostly all her shots here. Any bigger concerns they also there to assist with confidents. This was my first visit to this location and I chose this location because of the reviews. The first thing that I noticed was that the associates were assisting customers and stocking the shelves. I also noticed how the shelves were well stocked and I was able to purchase all the items on my list. The sales associate Kareem was extremely helpful, answered all my questions about product , and allowed me to use a store coupon that had expired a day earlier. The overall experience was great and I saved a lot of money using that coupon. Although I live 30 minutes from this location, I plan to shop here for all my pet supplies. read more

When I checked in today, I had no idea I never reviewed! Love this pet store. I had a place I used to go to (which I still love) but, one day I was emailed a flyer for Pet Supplies Plus, with pretty com-"pet"-itive prices, and my I knew I'd be checking this place out. It is located right next to my gym so I stopped in post workout. I was greeted the second I walked in, asked how I was doing, and if I needed help with anything. I wanted to check the store out myself but, thought these bubbly employees really love their jobs. Of course! It is a pet store! It's awesome because you can bring leashed pets in. I loved walking the aisles being licked by friendly pups! Since it is located in a large shopping center, parking isn't an issue. Aisles can be a bit snug if someone has a shopping cart. The place is clean, (clean up on aisle 5! lol) They have some small animals for sale. Hamsters, birds, mice...The fish tank display is awesome! I have always been mesmerized by fish tanks. They are crystal clear and the pretty colored fish are cool to look at as you walk down the first aisle. They have a "house" parrot and sometimes a rabbit which I love to visit. Lines are very fast. The cashiers are quick, man, their hands move fast ringing up all those cans of food!!!! Anyway, I've NEVER been unhappy leaving this store. I went to pet supply Plus to check out the fish section, however it didn't seem to have much of anything. The tanks weren't very clean and the selection of fish weren't very good. However the staff did ask if I needed anything and they seemed to be very friendly. There are no bettas in cups available if you're looking for that. read more

I brought my newly adopted, terrified one-year-old husky here to pick up some necessary accessories at a reasonable price and near his adoption site. I struck up a conversation with the manager - I think she was helping restock - and explained my husky's situation and what I was looking for. She actually accompanied me throughout the store, explaining the products and why she liked them and how to use them. She was polite, attentive and knowledgable, even offering a few tips on how to help my husky adapt to his newfound situations and friends at home. Ultimately, I ended up buying a collar, flea shampoo, a four-pack flea treatment, conditioner, a brush, an ID tag, dog toys and a brush. Not a huge fan, that have few to no animals! The few fish tanks they have are packed with algae and a few dead fish :( You can tell they haven't been properly serviced in months! They have few small overpriced small animals and some extremely overpriced $21 parakeets. The fish prices are ok but I wish the tanks were cleaner. Also want crickets or feeder goldfish? They are 14 cents a piece with no bulk prices. The only nice thing is how big the store is and the selection, but that makes it even harder to believe that they have no reptiles and few animals. Pros: nice selection of dog food toys and treats Cons: Not enough live animals, no reptiles and poor fish tanks. read more
