Management has been either presented as terrible or non existent, and today when she had went in to talk the manager (who's schedule she had to ask for because every single other time she had gone she was just told "sorry! the manager isn't here so we cant help") he offered to check on her issue, said he couldn't find anything, and then went to get lunch. Tried calling the corporate line to file a complaint, and they told me that I couldn't because we are not married. As of the date of my posting June 29th 2026, we still have not received the refund (again for 200 dollars) we have been trying to get since March.

Had a quick getaway and boarded my dog with Crystal, owner of Wagging Tails. Don't like the word…read more"boarded" because there were only spa-like accommodations for my furbaby Lulu. She got to enjoy a spacious backyard as she has at home and got her pick of comfy, soft beds(including her own) to choose from. I was able to truly relax and have peace of mind while out of the country, knowing that my baby was only a call/ text away. And seeing my furbaby meeting the Easter Bunny and making friends thru Instagram was truly the icing on the cake!!!! I was also lucky to coordinate with her groomer Kerrie to get her back fresh and clean on pickup day.
