I ended up calling the number and asking if the business was either closed or moved. I was relieved when I was told that he had simply moved. The new location is a bit tricky, considering that there isn't a parking lot anymore and customers now have to double park on the street in order to access the new store. He still has most of the things he had in his original store in this new one. Chew toys, pet food, clothes, etc; the only thing that has changed is his location!

I called and was able to get an grooming appointment for my boo, Milo within the week which was great. Most places have a longer scheduling period. My appointment was at 9AM and we were the first one to get service. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Their facility was very clean and animal friendly. Of course, my sweet Milo cried and didn't want to stay and I was concerned he would be difficult during his grooming. I was asked how I wanted his cut and informed them. I was told to return within 2 to 3 hours. Honestly, I was a bit anxious as a fairly new pet owner leaving my young dog. LOL I returned 3 hours later and my sweet Milo was chilling in the crate looking dapper and fine. I saw the groomer taking care of another dog and she was very patient and attentive. The groomer stated Milo was a "good" boy and just nervous during the grooming session, whew. This was one of the best grooming's he's had and very affordable. I will definitely bring Milo back for some TLC.

I arrived to the office early the secretaries was very friendly it wasn't a long wait. Nancy first of all was gracious enough to take on the task of caring for Piggie who we dearly love as he is about 5 years old close to 6 inches in length and yes a chubby fish who loves to eat yet needs special custom care. Nancy was very detail oriented and out us at ease with her knowledge, experience and expertise caring for Piggie. She wanted to do everything hands on so she would insure it was done properly and that told us she really cares for those pets she takes under her wing. Piggie needs a special blend of regular fish food and crushed fresh peas which is a little bit of work but Nancy understood and didnt deem it a problem at all. We enjoyed our vacation knowing our pet was in great hand with Nancy. We felt very fortunate to find someone with her credentials willing to stop in daily to care for our fish. Her rates are surprisingly fair and affordable and she truly treats each pet as if her own and that to me is priceless. I could go on and on saying more good things that she is punctual, friendly understanding etc but I'm sure you get my point. 5 stars off the charts review and highly recommend Nancy and her company. The amount of care, love, and professionalism made me feel at ease while I was away attending to some important family matters. Nancy was very thorough at our consultation visit, to make sure my cats' health and emotional needs were met, and what to do in case of an emergency. I loved how I got so many lovely videos and photos of my cats every day. I knew my babies were in such good hands with Dana the sitter, who was nice enough to bring my mail in and took the time to play and engage with them--and they warmed up to her quickly (not an easy thing for them to do with strangers!) . Very communicative, accommodating, trustworthy and kind company of true animal lovers--so much so that I booked them again in a couple of months when I have to go out of town again.
