The groomers use the self-service dog washing stations so they aren't always available for public use. Multiple times I've gone and had to wait or just leave because the groomers are in there, taking their time. Also, the shampoo is watered down. I watched one of the groomers water them down. The self-wash stations tend to be dirty and/or broken. They aren't maintained very well. Not worth the money for a wash there. read more

Today was first time we went to Pets Supplies Plus for grooming of our Poppy. She received the best grooming at a very reasonable cost. Absolutely , We will return from now on. read more

! Brought my dogs in to be groomed . I was greeted with a "you're late" and started berating me and chastising me for being late, that I should give them a call, explaining my tardiness. Excuse me I'm a customer not your employee. I asked for a corporate number to report the rude and unacceptable behavior from the groomer Brie, and the Asst. Mgr Lexus. I was given my dog back stating."she didn't feel comfortable grooming the dog with the way I felt about her." I took two dogs and left. The third dog had been cancelled by them by the time I got home. Apparently the condescending groomer and her cohorts didn't feel like working that day. I called corporate as I told them I would. Apparently it's acceptable behavior because I never received any communication back from them. Seems each location is a franchise, but there is also a District Manager. No one bothered to contact me. Stay way from this location unless you like being belityled by a store staff,and its franchise owner!!! read more

We took our boy Gunner in for his birthday. He selected his toy, we bought treats for him from their cookie case and they were very fresh and festive looking. The prices are great and their loyalty program is amazing!! Highly recommend for all pet needs. Convenient location. Good hours and well stocked. Gunner even had an accident and I asked for some tissue and an employee insisted he clean it up. Very pleased with this visit as always. read more

This is a great pet supply store that carries every dog and cat food recommended by vets. We have a large dog with skin and stomach issues: they carry food for that! And even hermit crab supplies. I had a horrible experience at the Carolina Beach Rd store today, and it wasn't the first time. I am a regular customer there, spending $300-$500 per month on my 6 cats. They have to be grain free, so we changed to the Redford Natural freeze-dried cat treats. 9 times out of 10 when I go in there, the supply is minimal or none. The excuse I get every time is: "We order them every Monday. The truck comes in on Wednesday, and we unload it when we have time. They might be on the truck or might not. We don't know." Either way, the shelves are empty, and I can't buy what I need. Today they went as far as to blame my good friend, who has 8 cats and also shops there, for "wiping them out". She actually bought another brand, and they were made for dogs because the store didn't have any cat treats at all (in freeze-dried chicken). This store has poor management, bad customer service, high prices, and the staff is lazy. I will NEVER shop there again. I went home, ordered a 2lb bag of treats on Chewy, and saved about $30. read more

I drive quite a ways to specifically shop here. The staff is so nice and helpful and I love the variety of products. My daughter's cat can only eat a certain food and they happen to carry it as well. Never had a bad experience here. Absolutely love this store!!!!!! read more

Since adopting a new dog, I've made the rounds to all the local pet shops. Pet Supplies Plus carries quite a few of the best brands. Lots of treats available to purchase. And the staff is very knowledgeable. My only complaint is that the selection of high end/ natural treats is very slim. read more

Kick ass pet store, would be my go to if I lived near it. Thankfully they are expanding in Ogden soon (into the old HT store), so THAT one will be my go to. I love that they price match any local store OR internet...so goodbye Chewy.com, which was bought out by Petsmart anyway. I needed help finding products. Manager would tell which aisle to go to. No courtesy to take me. She told me there was no Natural Bslance cans and then I found them later. Shelves were nearly bare. I asked her if she had a product in stock, not in the shelf , and she told me it might be on the pallets in back. She made no attempt to help. She stood around the register holdung a fan on herself, doing nothing ! Not working. There was another girl at the register w no customers so the manager could have been working. read more

Listen, I have been to many pet stores all over the country and this was one of the nicest, cleanest and most helpful I have been to! The staff welcomed me right away and showed me to the areas that would help me and my dog. They recommended a few things and took interest in Maverick. I can't wait to bring him up there soon! I went in for the first time to get my dog nails trimmed. She was wonderful! My vet couldn't even cut her nails due to her anxiety. My dog was very good and urges done very quickly. read more

Associates have zero clue about anything. Make promises someone with knowledge will contact you but with zero follow thru. Lost orders, excuses upon excuses about stuff not showing up, no idea when it will, lost phone messages, and overall extremely rude rude rude staff. Don't waste your money. read more

I took my Westie to Pet Supplies Plus a couple of months ago for grooming. The groomer did a great job so I took her there again this week. What a disappointment! Her face looks more like a Schnauzer then the "typical Westie cut" that I was promised. In addition her front nails were cut so short that they were bleeding and there was a large spot on her neck that was shaved down to the skin. I have never had a complaint about my dogs behavior. I would not recommend the grooming service. I will not be going back there. read more

Stopped in to buy my bearded dragon some crickets and a leash, the prices are so much more reasonable than PetSmart and I'm all about saving where I can. I was greet by a employee soon as I walked in and even helped with like 2 mins of entering the store. Everyone is nice and friendly this is definitely my go to pet store from now on. Love this pet store! Their prices are very reasonable. You are always greeted when you walk in the door and the staff is always helpful. I have used their pickup/curbside ordering many times, since Covid and my order is always ready in less than an hour. Do not have your dog groomed by Christine. I have a Maltese who is 12 years old and was mistreated terribly. Many nicks and cuts, Bleeding when I picked him up. He has been traumatized and isn't acting the same since. He was patchy and cut way too short. Defiantly not worth the 60 dollars. Would not recommend Christine. read more

Very helpful staff with a large variety of products to choose from. They frequently have good sales, as well. The fish we've bought from here have all been healthy and thriving. Very satisfied overall. Plan to use the grooming service soon, too. read more
