Workers were friendly and greeted at door! We asked about their self service wash and they walked us through everything. It was $14 dollars (05/27/26) and it included aprons, shampoo, towels and brushes to help with the hair shedding. We had a family member bring our golden here, my wife is sick and we have a 4 month old at home so not a lot of free time. Our golden was returned to us wet, claiming she was afraid of the dryer (she loves the leaf blower and hair dryer at home, so that made no sense), her paws were untrimmed, her nails are long, her ears have build up, and it doesn't even look like they brushed her. So overall, terrible experience, I would not recommend their grooming services. Also, according to the manager, the only guaranteed service is a bath and dry. Sanitary trim, nail trim, paw pad trimming, and ear cleaning are not included but are "complimentary services" even though they are listed as part of the grooming package. read more

We've been enjoying our experience of bathing our fur baby at Pet Supplies Plus for almost a year now. Located in a large shopping center right next to Dollar Tree with plenty of free parking. This is the only self serve pet wash we have ever used so we don't have anything to compare to, but this place works out great for our needs. You can call to reserve 1 of 3 (2 meant for large dogs and 1 for small) of the bathing stations or take a risk for availability and walk in. Each station provides various shampoos, shampoo/conditioner combo, bathing brushes, towels, aprons to prevent splashes, and a heavy duty dryer. The hose has nice pressure with different spray patterns and the dryer works well to dry our super fluffy dog. We've never had any issues with cleanliness and do notice the staff come clean up the stations after they are used. Besides having a self serve dog wash, Pet Supplies Plus is a clean, organized store fully stocked with a bunch of goodies for pets! We often come home with a new treat for our dog after his bath! read more

First the good--clean and huge supply of anything you'd need for your pet. The pet bath area is awesome which is what drew me to this place. I usually use the tub at home for my dogs but my big GSD gets nervous in the enclosed, small space so thought this would be a better fit. Used a few times but on the last visit when it was time to get the towels, there were none. Couldn't find the towels and went to ask at the register. The 60-ish guy got mad at me. Said, we give the towels when you pay. Beforehand. This was new to me. Always bathed, then paid. This guy pretty much accused me of trying to bathe and dash. This guy and his business can kiss my arse. When we were done and went to the register to pay, he pulled up our account and right there was a big ole report of the our recent paid-for dog baths. He had nothing to say. No apology. No shame. His temper tantrum lost him a customer who regularly has three to four dogs to buy for. read more
