Even though it's a bit of a drive for me, I come here quite frequently because of the wide variety of pet food they carry, and because of certain brands they have that I can't find elsewhere, but my reason for just two stars is because of their customer service. Each time I've come here, I have never once been greeted with a smile, and when I've come to pick up online orders, the employees ask for my name, no smile, of course, hand me my bag, to which I say thank you so much, have a nice day, and they don't say one word in response. Every time I come into this store, Kameron goes above and beyond for me. His knowledge of dog food is honestly incredible; instead of just pointing you toward a shelf, he takes the time to ask questions and explain the differences between ingredients so you can make the best choice for your pet. You can tell he genuinely cares about animals. While I was there, my neighbor happened to come in at the same time and was looking for supplements for her dog's joints and an upset stomach. Kameron immediately knew what products would help and explained everything so clearly that she left feeling confident instead of overwhelmed. As if that wasn't enough, after I bought multiple heavy bags of dog food, he carried them all out to my truck for me! That kind of customer service is becoming rare these days. My mom loves bringing our dog here to get groomed by Laila. She just adores her and she is always super sweet and great with communication. She does such a good job getting our dog clean and smelling fresh. She is also very quick and usually gets done before my mom can finish her errands. What a big store with a small store feel. Meaning customer service! I saw one associate offer to carry large bag of dog food out to car for a customer. The selection of products is huge! That's why it's nice to have members offer to help, answer questions and show you where to look for the product you want. Also, this place has a wash station for your own use on your pet. Workers were friendly and greeted at door! We asked about their self service wash and they walked us through everything. It was $14 dollars (05/27/26) and it included aprons, shampoo, towels and brushes to help with the hair shedding. We had a family member bring our golden here, my wife is sick and we have a 4 month old at home so not a lot of free time. Our golden was returned to us wet, claiming she was afraid of the dryer (she loves the leaf blower and hair dryer at home, so that made no sense), her paws were untrimmed, her nails are long, her ears have build up, and it doesn't even look like they brushed her. So overall, terrible experience, I would not recommend their grooming services. Also, according to the manager, the only guaranteed service is a bath and dry. Sanitary trim, nail trim, paw pad trimming, and ear cleaning are not included but are "complimentary services" even though they are listed as part of the grooming package. read more

The drive from La Habra was well worth it to get our pup her vaccination from Vet Care. We were directed where to go as soon as we arrived. The pups were even offered treats as we waited in line! Once finished with the vaccination. We were off to explore the store! The store is filled with so many selections for your furry family to your aquatic/reptile & bird mates. The staff was so helpful to guide us in choosing my new wet and dry dog food for Nilla. She is a very picky eater. Love that there is a wide variety of different types of food to choose from. The prices were reasonable as well. You sign up with your phone number/ email... you receive 10% off for signing up. Nilla is pleased, as are we with our purchases. We've been enjoying our experience of bathing our fur baby at Pet Supplies Plus for almost a year now. Located in a large shopping center right next to Dollar Tree with plenty of free parking. This is the only self serve pet wash we have ever used so we don't have anything to compare to, but this place works out great for our needs. You can call to reserve 1 of 3 (2 meant for large dogs and 1 for small) of the bathing stations or take a risk for availability and walk in. Each station provides various shampoos, shampoo/conditioner combo, bathing brushes, towels, aprons to prevent splashes, and a heavy duty dryer. The hose has nice pressure with different spray patterns and the dryer works well to dry our super fluffy dog. We've never had any issues with cleanliness and do notice the staff come clean up the stations after they are used. Besides having a self serve dog wash, Pet Supplies Plus is a clean, organized store fully stocked with a bunch of goodies for pets! We often come home with a new treat for our dog after his bath! read more
