Questions are always asked/ clarified beforehand re: possible health issues and grooming preferences. He has a summer cut and a winter version. Toenails are clipped. His very long ear hair is trimmed. (Ends up in his food otherwise. He gets upset when you try to clean the hair with a washcloth.) We've been coming here for years. Never had any problems. (This is not a given. There was a very serious incident with another groomer in the area.) Would recommend this facility.

I've had the manager walk by me multiple times while I stand there and wait, never once offered to help or get an employee to help bag fish for me. Cashier's stand and watch us as we wait, chit chatting with other employees. Tonight we waited 30+ minutes before leaving without fish. Asked a cashier on my way out how I can get better service in the future and he just made excuses and told me I should search around the store because nobody works in the live animal department at night... Absolutely would not recommend this store.

Absolutely disgusting and downright abusive…read more Every single time I walk into this store, the reptiles look underweight, some of them are missing limbs and tails, and some are being housed together when they clearly should not be. The gecko's tails are too skinny, the bearded dragons are often overcrowded and even housed with tortoises, something absolutely unacceptable. The fish tanks are so clouded it's sick, even the freshwater tanks. There were dead fish floating everywhere. One of the birds (I do not believe it is for sale) had pulled out nearly all it's feathers. Birds usually do this when under extreme stress. In addition to being neglectful, everything is HIGHLY overpriced and can be purchased for much cheaper at Petsmart or on Amazon.
