Two hours for a f*cking bath and brush. I asked for an outline trim and they didn't do it because "your dog was squirming around a lot". He's a dog. They do that. And if you didn't give him a cut why on earth would it take you two hours??? He had no matting, nothing that would take that long. Annnnnnnnd he nail was ripped off during the 2 hr bath and brush. My dog was bleeding and shaking when I picked him up. NEVER AGAIN. oh and when I was shopping for his treat after I dropped him off I waited at the front door for ten minutes and not a soul came over to help me. I said I would like a receipt for my transaction and he then tells me that he would have to email it to me because he does not have paper receipts. He was unable to email me immediately so I verify the amount and might take a few hours!!!!.
