Placed an online order for standard delivery and was pleasantly surprised when it was automatically rescheduled for same-day delivery. Order was received within a few hours. Bailey's ran out of food this morning and I had no idea because the kids feed him and no one told me , so I had to try to find some in open on a Sunday. I always shop at Hollywood Feed because they're local, and because they always match chewy , same as chewy or cheaper. I had no idea they had same day delivery, 3 hrs later and I have dog food at my door for the same price as chewy, no discounts or coupons needed. This is a chewy killer , good for them. read more

What a great place for pet items! The staff is extremely helpful and the selection is excellent! Prices were not out of line either. We were looking for a sweater for our puppy during the cold and this location had one that almost matched her collar perfectly! Then we found a great selection of toys and treats as well. It's a cool pet store to stop in and get some of the fancier stuff for your furry friend. I grabbed a leash for my dog since he's been needing one that wasn't retractable. They do have a little section in the back for cats. Staff was nice. They were very helpful and let us know that they were there to help. The lady that was there when we went in checked in a lot, which is fine, but it can rub someone the wrong way like you're rushing them out or playing a stereotype on them. I didn't really like that but I get it. Cool place overall. read more

In March we thought we were going to lose our dog. He wasn't eating. We took him to the vet & on the way home stopped at Hollywood feed to see if they had any suggestions on food. I will always be a huge fan of Hollywood Feed! Especially this store!! We had a little mix up for our online order. They had accidentally dropped it off at another building in my complex, and we spent 2 HOURS walking around looking for it. Well, I called the customer service number and she had connected me to the store (should've just called the store myself lol) They were extremely apologetic, and even redelivered the same order again! This Hollywood Feed location is one of my GO TO pet stores and would be on speed dial if there was such a thing! The staff is always friendly, professional and helpful (and fast! - yaay!). The space is an oasis with an excellent selection of great food, treats and toys. I have purchased several beautiful and quality dog collars and leashes from here. I also love their choices of stuffed toys, they are always a hit with my dog (especially the Kong Squirrel Stuffed animal, it's a winner!). Parking is easy, and the experience in the store is always positive. Prices might be a tad higher than other places, but quality and service match what you pay for. read more

We love coming to this store. Zoe got a fluffy bed we use in her crate. I enjoy coming here b/c it's very clean, organzized & the staff is always so friendly and helpful. Today, we got a body harness for Princess Zoe & the selections were more than enough. It's not a super huge store to get lost in and we like that very much. The energy is just the right tempo for us while we shop. They have tons of grain free kibbles & tons of different toys. If Ur looking for bedding- this is the place to browse. I arrived at the park across the street and realized I forgot my dog Pancake's leash! Went to Hollywood Feed for the first time and the friendly staff gave me a leash to borrow so I didn't have to carry my dog through the store while I browsed. They also all were willing to help if needed. (Most places you go you feel like staff is avoiding you so-as not to be asked to do anything. This was not the case here.) Kelsey helped me. She was patient and kind. I bought a leather leash and collar. They were able to punch an extra hole in the collar to make it fit perfectly. This is not a service they offer as they do not have the correct tools. Kelsey offered to attempt it and pay for the collar personally if it didn't work. I'll be back. I have been to the Alpharetta store near my house, and from the FIRST day that we shopped for the first day for our new puppy, the staff was AMAZING!!!!!! I ended up going to the Roswell store some days later, and, AGAIN, such AMAZING staff. I don't know, but the consistency of the LOVE these people pour into you is unreal. The gals at Alpharetta remember everything about our baby, Luc, and they are on this journey with us - I always feel like they are our friends.
