This place was a shitshow. I needed a last minute bridal bouquet. After the call, she sent me a stock photo of what the bouquet would look like. When I got to the flower shop to pick it up, the bouquet looked nothing like it. The woman who I had spoken with wasn't there. The (what looked like or seemed to be) owner was too busy to acknowledge me or even greet me, rummaging through some decorations and arrangements and yelling in Russian at a younger kid, or to ask me what I needed or anything of the sorts. (!) Regarding the arrangement and aesthetics of the bouquet, I wanted calla lilies and while the bouquet was comprised of the flowers, it had zero appeal, beauty or real floral vibrancy. It honestly looked like it had just been sloppily put together, with no real sense of taste, finesse or care. I had to push for it to be reworked - a poor worker did help me out in the end (by going back and fixing it 2-3 times) and I did finally walk out of there somewhat at peace, but the forceful, "send it back to upgrade/better it" notion of it left a bitter taste in my mouth. I'll never go back, for the overall service and quality of the product.
