I then contacted my credit card company, which issued a temporary credit while it investigated. After more than two months, I just learned the credit is now permanent. I got my favorite vase here too, and when it broke, I went back to the shop and they special ordered a new one for me since they were out. Truly wonderful service. They are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for in my opinion. They also have hand-painted wooden buildings designed off of all the restaurants and businesses of the village of hamburg. These are incredible! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming and have never been pushy while I'm browsing. I have walked in here, told them who I was shopping for and they gave me multiple suggestions which was super helpful for the holidays.
