I wish that business would be stay up during COVID-19 pandemic. It had good prices of vaccines for dogs and cats without required exam.

Our Maggie girl hadn't had her nails trimmed before and the gentleman walked us through the whole process and was so sweet with Maggie. She did great! After that we used the self service wash station. They walked us through exactly how to use it and made sure we had everything we needed! After the bath we got Maggie some treats and a new toy. The prices were really good! $10 for a nail trim and the toy we picked up would have cost twice what they were asking at any other pet store. I highly and emphatically recommend visiting Pet Vet Market!!

I'll start by saying this offering is incredibly admirable. The clinic is adorable and doesn't require reservations. I stopped by with my 2 pups and the experience was pretty stressful and long. I waited for ~1.5 hours outside in the summer and it wasn't comfortable. During the wait there was a dog that joined the wait whom was pretty aggressively barking- which set off heaps of dogs. But again I want to reiterate that they are doing great things with having this clinics & with it being open, of course it's to be expected that there will be a long wait and a few potentially uncomfortable situations. Today was my 2nd time heading in & it was to try the self dog wash area. It was my first time trying this VS heading to the groomers & the experience was great! There grooming products provided worked well & both the cleaning/drying stations were clean and safe. I called day of to see if an appt was available and they squeezed me in. Today happened to also be another shot clinic & this one looked a lot more enjoyable. Folks were allowed to wait inside and no dogs seemed to be barking at one another. So I'd say it's worth trying out & if the line is around the building/it's stressful; try to attend a different day. I'll be back to clean my pups on a regular basis!

The staff was very caring and it was taken care of very humanely (with one of my girls, I didn't have the money and they told me just to bring in a bag of food when I can)! I took another one of my babies to the ASPCA to cross over-BIG MISTAKE, very inhumane. They did not sedate her-they just gave her the med to stop her heart! I could tell her final seconds were very painful. I often cry about this and tell my baby girl how sorry I am. My current baby was diagnosed with cancer last year and VCA has given exceptional care to him, even calling to see if he is doing well. Everyone there loves him! He is now ready to cross over and I hope Dr. Ryan (his "primary" vet) will be able to help him cross over. I know he will be less stressed if the vet "doing it" is someone he trusts (and I trust). I will probably be taking him in tomorrow to say goodbye. I won't be ready for another pet for a while (if ever). I am incredibly lost and broken right now. I Praise the Lord for the kind and caring staff at VCA. 2nd review posted on 06/24/26-my baby passed on the 18th: Well, my boy is gone! I'm so very broken, so very shattered and so very lost right now. VCA was so wonderful and Dr. Ryan is the one who helped him cross-over. He gave me some alone time to say goodbye to my baby and was very caring and reassuring. Everyone there loved Morpheus and they were so respectful of my wishes. If and when I decide to get another fur-baby, I will definitely be taking him/her to VCA!

I was able to schedule both of my babies together to get bathed. The pricing was excellent. My babies were finished within two hours which was amazing. I like the vibe when you walk into the place. Everyone was very kind. My dogs didn't seem traumatized or anything when I got them back and they smelled so good. They even had little flowers on their collars. We will definitely be back. Cheers!

At pickup, the groomer pointed out a spot on his belly and claimed it was "bruising from the matting pulling on his skin". After inspecting closely, it was obvious that my dog had cuts from a razor, not bruising. There was also a second cut that was never disclosed. When I questioned this, the owner stated that the second cut was not disclosed because the groomer "didn't see it," which is extremely concerning and demonstrates a serious lack of care and attention. When I picked him up, my dog was extremely low energy, visibly scared, and could barely walk--behavior I have never experienced, despite him going to groomers regularly. After the appointment, I attempted to call and message the salon multiple times regarding these injuries, but received no response. I only reached someone after calling from a different number. They claimed they were busy, even though I had just been there and there was no one present. When I confronted management, the only solution offered was for me to bring my dog back so they could apply cream to the cuts--something that should have been done immediately. They refused to issue a refund, despite causing visible, painful injuries. This salon negligently injured my pet, misrepresented the harm, ignored my attempts to contact them, and failed to take responsibility. I do not recommend this groomer and will be filing complaints and disputing the charge.
