Dog beds, leashes, collars, food (both high quality kibble as well as raw), cat food and toys, you name it, she has it! As you walk in you can see her wall of clients and ribbons and awards from her own dogs who also happen to roam the store. It's nice and cozy and you can ask her any old thing, she can help you! She also runs a small but nice doggie daycare in her building. Your dog will be treated like a star! Don't forget she can groom them too... let's just get everything done while we're there. One dog was very old and sick when I brought him in, and they took amazing care of him. When it became apparent he wasn't going to make it (and I knew that was a distinct possibility when I brought him in) they rushed him to the vet, and on his last day, visited him there out of sheer good will and concern, to say goodbye to him. They gave his "sister" extra love and support and walks because she was so distraught and needed extra attention. They went above and beyond the call of duty, walk the dogs so much, and are so full of compassion for the animals, it is clearly not "just a job" for them! The animals are well exercised and their rates are incredibly reasonable. It was distressing to leave my animals anywhere for so long (really, I am not a bad dog mammy!) sometimes life just throws you a curveball and I am grateful to them for helping me through the difficult times. Then, they went back and got her in the morning and nurtured her while we were gone. I could not have asked for better care for Caroline. Then I go to pay and the staff felt so bad. When we called to make our appointment, they did an over-the-phone consultation and gave us a price estimate, which was very competitive - especially considering they were the ones coming to us! They parked right outside of our apartment, showed us their van and their equipment (top-notch), and talked to us about how we wanted his hair cut. We showed them some photos of what we liked and were able to describe how we wanted it cut (it was our first time so we didn't truly know how to best describe it - something like a puppy cut but not too short because he's a very skinny pup), and they made our vision a reality. It was so nice not having to drive across town to go to another pet grooming salon where it takes all day long, and not knowing when he would be ready. It was nice knowing that he had individualized attention and we knew exactly when he was ready. Plus, we didn't have to travel anywhere! I can't describe enough how great the convenience was having them come to us and the assurance we had knowing that he wouldn't be neglected or kept in a cage waiting for eons. All-in-all, Juan and Heather were prompt, professional, and did an amazing job with our dog. They even gave us written details on how they cut it, so that they could repeat the exact cut for next time, which is SO helpful. We HIGHLY recommend Sniffs & Wiggles and are looking forward to having them cut and bathe him again.

She comes home happily exhausted. Berkshire Dogs Unleashed has been fantastic integrating dogs, of any age, size, and breed for socialization. Lea has also had grooming and regular nail trimming. She has been here since week 1 and her training with them was above and beyond expectation. They were also very proactive when kennel cough ran rapid twice last year and were able to prevent dogs from being affected. The staff that the Kohlenbergers hire treat the dogs (and their people) like family. Courteous and respectful. BDU had also made incredible strides for their community. They supported and held a fundraiser for a young, sick boy from Pittsfield who had to spend months in Boston....(#Carterstrong) At Christmas, they sponsor a giving tree for kids in need. No tag was left behind. Every child cared for. They have held a wonderful canine carnival fundraiser for BASK (Balance and Service K9s). Story book donations to Williams School. They even sent me a get well token after I had emergency surgery in February. More recently, (Berkshire Poodles with the Kohlenberger family) has donated several comfort dogs (18 to date) into all of Berkshire County. I can tell by this expression how much she enjoys the facility and the staff. In their constant photo shares, daily, you can see she's playing and engaging with others. See for yourself. They are more than happy to show you around. We trust them with a member of our family.

They got a lot of the fur out especially are new addition to the family Maximus , he had so much fur we need professionals for the job, he looked so much better afterwards. My dog Remi has been going to daycare here for 2.5 years and she loves it. I'm only able to bring…read moreher once a week but when that day comes and I ask if she wants to go to daycare she perks up, starts spinning in circles and can't wait to get out the door. When I pick her up and bring her home she's exhausted, she gets on the couch and doesn't move for the rest of the night. Even the next morning it's hard getting her out of bed. The ladies that work here are great too. They're accommodating and very friendly. My dog doesn't need grooming but if she did I'd totally trust these guys! Niki (the owner) does a great job grooming from what I've seen. These ladies work hard too, they're there when I drop off and still there when I pick up after working a full 8 hour day and getting a quick workout in. And their prices are good
