The appointment was made maybe a week or two in advance with them sending text reminders/notifications of the appointment periodically. The day of my dog's appointment, I walk inside only for ANDREA (vet tech) to tell me that they were closed for the day... done giving vaccines! I was told that they close at 1 PM and had to move on to another location. There was a guy standing beside her who just stood there like a bump on a log and said nothing (found out later he was the actual veterinarian). I was beyond pissed because WHY would they allow me to make an appointment for 12:55 if they closed at 1?!? I called and spoke with a store staff member (Mary) who was very nice and perplexed as to why they did not accommodate me. She saw me walk inside and be denied service and questioned them about it. Save your time and money and get your animals vaccinated elsewhere as the Vetco staff are very unprofessional.

My dog Samantha and I always love coming here and shopping here: I can get her nails trimmed and then bathe her myself (which I always do). I also love how they have an awesome and convenient app that I can always shop from (in case I don't feel like heading to the store). They also always have the beast deals and sales on all their products to help you save. I also only prefer shopping here rather than at PetSmart or Petco. I find the deals and sales here to be a better fit for myself. The staff and the owner at this location are always so helpful, kind, friendly, and courteous. Whenever I have trouble getting something off a shelf that is too high for me to get on my own, they always get it down for me as I'm not tall. This place is always so clean and well organized. It is also extremely spacious. I also love how they have beautiful cats and kittens (occasionally) that are available for adoption from the local Buford cat rescue Cat Rangers. The service here is always stellar and top notch. My dog Samantha and I love to say "hi" to all the beautiful cats and kittens they get from Cat Rangers that are available for adoption.
