The guys are incredible, they make our baby so comfortable, he loves seeing them. He goes right to his spot there and he is so calm. They talk softly to him when he gets nervous ( especially when his feet get touched ). I will always make the extra effort to get my sweet boy to Precious Paws because they treat us all like family. Can't say enough about the cleanliness and quietness of the facility, or the loving kindness of the owners/groomers. I'd give a million stars if I could!

All but one of our dogs have been short-haired, so we have mostly used them for baths (and Summer coat shaves for the long-haired one), but there are always pretty pedigreed dogs getting groomed when we drop off and pick up our dogs and they always look great. I have never heard any other customer say anything negative about this shop. They have been in business for a long time and have a very loyal clientele. Our dogs seem to enjoy visiting Brenda and her staff and they often come home with cute bandannas, especially around holidays. Her prices are much better than our vet's office and we don't have to get them there first thing in the morning and wait for hours to pick them up for a simple bath. Sorry, kitties, they only accept canine clients.

I have finally found that at Fusion Pet Stylez. Ms. Annette Andrews (The owner, one of the groomers, and pet coloring specialist) showed my oldest pup extra love by doing what other groomers said they couldn't. She cut down my pups nails to where they don't hit the floor before the padding on his paws do. I never brought up what I was told by the other groomers. I am just happy I found a knowledgeable, and skilled professional that can do, what the others couldn't/wouldn't. Ms. Andrews has my fur babies as customers for life. When I read that Fusion Pet Stylez offers the type of services I've been looking for, I jumped at the chance to get my babies an appointment. The full groom, with the color add on is my favorite deal. I've been wanting to add color to my babies fur forever. She offers several fun (non-toxic) colors, (including neon colors) but I stuck with the basic blue, and green. I've always wanted to see my fur babies with temporary color on their ears, and tails, and now I can have it done whenever I want, or with each grooming. They look so cute with their blue, and green fur highlights. Now I can't wait to see if they will offer new colors for Halloween.

When I called a girl answered the phone politely and answered my questions, then giggled and said let me pass you on to the owner, which I thought was cute because it must mean they have fun and love their job. I took my German Shepard in, she was in dire need for a bath, and she came out beautifully! She smells so good and they brushed out all her under coat. They even put a cute bandanna around her neck, which she loves! My husband tried to take her bandanna off and she bit it and tried to put it back on. They must have made her feel like a princess. They even sent her home with a treat bag. My two children were so happy to feed her when we got home. Thank you so much! We will be back again soon!

This groomer decided to not follow the notes that were left for the groom and completely cut off my Pomeranian top coat off ( once top coat is cut the hair may never grow back the same ) and they didn't not groom his coat evenly Then they CUT OFF HIS WHISKERS ! They lacked sympathy and did not try to rectify the issue. This groomer should be fired as they showed no regard for the requested groom or my dogs well-being. His whiskers and top coat should never be cut !! He is a Pomeranian! This groomer clearly does not know how to groom a Pomeranian. I am highly dissatisfied ! Honestly if my dog came out looking like this then they probably treated him bad as well
