The paper towel was empty and I don't know what was growing in their soap dispenser (it didn't work either, but I am glad it didn't).

Nice staff, but slow check-out service. I ordered online and picked up in-store and it would've been quicker to go in and pick the item up myself. TIP: Stuff online is cheaper than in-store. I ordered hemp oil online for $26 and it was $35 on the shelves. So that's the benefit of in-store pick up!!! Also, I know many people aren't at Petco for their bathrooms, but they're are absolutely gross. The paper towel was empty and I don't know what was growing in their soap dispenser (it didn't work either, but I am glad it didn't). Very pleasant staff!!!

My receipt and my calculations as to what I should have paid.

I have my dog's nails done every few weeks and have been happy with the grooming staff, especially Tatiana. I pay $21.99 per month for vital care that gives unlimited nail trims and teeth brushing. Trying to use this benefit is a nightmare and I am usually cheated. I don't think the cashiers intend it but Petco makes redeeming the Vital Care benefits very difficult.

Colleen McCarthy was so helpful and gave me excellent referrals on Petco vet care & the rewards that go with the program! I highly recommend you to talk to her! She really cares!

I took my cat to Petco Wednesday I told her she was bleeding profusely she had a wound under her neck I brought her there the vet said oh it's nothing to worry about we put a little clotting powder on it and a shot of me antibiotic it sent her home with some gabapentin told me she was going to be fine just let it scab over and heal well she died a day and a half later do not bring your animal to Petco vet I told them she lost a lot of blood and I asked if she needed stitches or any other medical necessities they said no they did not tell me that I need to bring her to an emergency vet hospital all they said was bring her back in a week and now my beautiful baby girl Tabitha is gone do not bring your animals here please if you the god beautiful my cat was

We started taking him to Kaitlyn a few years ago, and it's one of the best decisions we've made. She always returns him in beautiful condition, looking so handsome and smelling great. She treats him with the utmost care, as if he were her own, and she always does an excellent job with his lion cut. Before finding The Grooming Box, we had tried another mobile groomer at a comparable price point, and even with two people in the van working on him, the results weren't nearly as good. The difference in quality and detail with Kaitlyn is night and day. I've recommended The Grooming Box to friends and co-workers in the area, and everyone has had wonderful experiences with nothing but positive things to say about Kaitlyn and the other groomers. The staff who answer the phone are polite, professional, and easy to work with, and the quality of care and grooming is unbeatable. We look forward to continue using The Grooming Box and Kaitlyn for all of our future grooms and pets.

However, you completely ignored the disconnect between your Web sites stated policy of waiving the deposit for returning customers, and your staffs discussion with me, stated it was discretionary on your part. Again, the deposit requirement is all about you, and not the customers. Good luck.

You have to take your dog for daycare for multiple days before they can be boarded. They don't…read moreboard dogs over age 10 unless you're an established customer. This is not a good spot for anyone who is traveling with dogs. Editing to add that I posted the comment immediately after speaking with a representative of the business who told me different info than what the business owner replied. She asked if my senior dog had been boarded before and I said yes, explaining that I travel around the country and board my dogs quarterly and send them to daycare monthly. She was clear that they have phased out accepting senior dogs who haven't been their clients. She also said I needed several days of daycare to assess temperament. It sounds like there may be some disconnects between this company's policies and what their reps say. This can probably be remedied with some training. I appreciate the kind response from the business owner (+1 star for that) and wish Friends of Toto all the best as they get the communication issue with prospective clients sorted.

Upon drop off i was told everything from the back of his front legs all the way to his sanitary area would be shaved. I agreed and thanked her for the explanation. When I arrived to pick him up i paid for the full service BEFORE they brought him upstairs to me, my mistake. When we arrived home i noted he smelled nice and clean and his ears were visibly cleaner, other than that you could not tell he had been to the groomers! His fur was still very lengthy on his entire belly from the back of his from legs all the way to his sanitary area. He had not been trimmed let alone shaved what so ever. I called to inquire and clarify the expected services and was told he was shaved and if i wasn't satisfied with it to bring him back in. I certainly was not about to bring him back after being charged $164.50 simply out of fear of what he may look like the next time after I had made the complaint. I am happy to read to many people have had positive experiences with this establishment, unfortunately I am NOT one of them. I feel as though they set the expectations for me two separate times, both on the phone and in person and I paid the full price for services that were not in fact completed. I hope you have a more positive experience than we did today.

Not only did she look fantastic, but she barely shed for almost 3 full months afterward. That's a HUGE win for a double-coated giant like her! The team at Doggie Do's was incredibly professional, courteous, and clearly experienced with large breeds. Maggie can be a bit stubborn, but they handled her with care and confidence--and she came out calm, clean, and happy. We also truly appreciate that they offer a military discount--it's a small gesture that goes a long way and speaks volumes about the respect and integrity of their business. If you have a big dog (or any dog!) and want top-tier grooming with a personal touch, Doggie Do's Grooming Salon is the only place to go. We'll definitely be returning--and recommending them to everyone we know.

We were told that it would be $150 max. We were charged $150 and you guessed it, it didn't work. He came back and was still shedding just as bad as when he left. I'm pretty sure his teeth weren't brushed either. They said they couldn't cut his nails because he was difficult (our other groomer has no problem) so they didn't do that either. This isn't the only time we've been there. We have another dog we've brought over there and we're overcharged for that haircut as well $120 for a small little 15lb dog. Their pricing doesn't make sense. $120 for a 15lb dog but "max" $150 for a 50lbs dog? Our other groomer does our 50lb dog for $110. Idk, this place seems like a ripoff to me. There are places much cheaper that will come to you. Personally we won't be going back here but wish the business a lot of luck.
