We have had our 4 dogs groomed here a few times. The last time they came back from being groomed…read moreall acting weird. Shaking, hiding...not like them at all. The next day we were leaving for vacation and all my dogs seemed like they were okay. Our 3 year old Frenchie still was off. First night away a dog sitter told me the Frenchie still wasn't acting right and that she was shaking. Hours later she couldn't walk. Frenchies are prone to Intervertebral Disc Disease (IVDD) this we know. But our Frenchie is barely 3 and has never had any issues ever. Had to be rushed to a surgeon and they had to do surgery. Her hind legs are paralyzed. We called Woof Gang and spoke to a manager and they said they viewed the camera and spoke to the groomer and they claimed nothing happened. The surgeon said she had either jumped or fallen from something high or was hit by a car. We also noticed one of her nails wasn't trimmed at all, which to me seems like something possibly happened and they stopped and kenneled her. Another review on here said their dogs were shaking when they went to get them groomed there and they had a bad experience. Something is up with this place. There is no need to take even a chance of them hurting your dog. Just be safe and go somewhere else!

Over the past year I have been taking my dogs to Pappy's Pet Lodge usually about 3 days at week, and am so thankful to have found this place and most of all team that had helped me manage my dogs while going through a difficult time and commuting into the city. They have gone over and beyond being patient and flexible with me and my crazy schedule and am so thankful as it has made a difference taking my dogs to a place i know they enjoy with people that treat them well. They made sure they told me what's going on and worked with me to find a cut that works for Zoey while stressing her out as little as possible. They're very gentle with her. Raco has had a number of seizures there. One of the groomers is a vet tech and immediately knows what to do. They have all the necessary items on hand and ready to help when this happens. They keep an eye on him and make sure he's happy and comfortable. Luna...she's just a normal dog. Always looks like a million bucks coming home though :)
