I left my pup Ryu here for a week and was very happy to see daily photos and videos of him. They did inform he that he didn't eat a couple of times which I'm assuming because it's the first time he's been away from home. Bran is our 11-year-old senior who had never been boarded, and Frankie (aka Potato) is our 15-month-old Goldendoodle, so leaving them for almost two weeks was a BIG deal for this fur mama! Before our trip, Jessica, one of the managers, made sure the boys had meet-and-greets, daycare visits, and even an overnight stay so they could become familiar with the staff and the staff could see how they adjusted. I loved that they took these extra steps instead of simply accepting our dogs for boarding. It showed me that the dogs' comfort, happiness, and safety truly come first. Their secure drop-off/pick-up process also gave me peace of mind. During their stay, the boys had potty breaks, daycare, playtime and socialization, and we received daily messages and photos. Seeing them happy while we were away was so reassuring. I was especially worried about Bran because he's our cranky little senior , but the staff clearly knows dogs and how to work with different personalities. Bran and Frankie even shared a suite together, and they did great! After almost two weeks, we picked up two happy, clean, great-smelling pups with no signs of stress. Honestly, I don't think they missed us--they were too busy enjoying their own vacation! A huge thank you to Jessica, Lily, Samantha, and the entire staff for taking such wonderful care of our Bran Muffin and Frankie Potato. I 1000% wholeheartedly trust this Pet Hotel family with my babies and am so grateful we found a place we feel comfortable boarding them again in the future. I hope the owner is able to read this, and I will most certainly repost this message on review sites, to warn others about this so-called "spa". It also has a bad smell as soon as I walked in and everythihg looked dirty. Just so unprofessional and unclassy. I will never take my precious fur baby to an unhinged groomer like this. Manager was an uncaring, nasty woman with a chip on her shoulder. I feel very sorry for the employees working there, and the other pups who have to be scared of that chaotic environment. When we picked up our boy he looked fantastic and was so so happy! He was showing off how good he looked and felt. With the cooler weather this summer, and our boy's age and arthritis, we haven't bathed and groomed him at home as much as we'd like as we groom outdoors and prefer 90+ degrees so he doesn't get chilled or his arthritis aggravated. So the old boy's coat was a bit impacted and needed a good professional grooming. The Paw Spa gave him 2 treatments of deshedding conditioner then blew out the impacted fur. When we got home our boy was dancing and prancing all day just running around showing off. And for 2 days he would stand next to us for us to pet him - I think he was showing off and letting us enjoy his fully deshedded coat and soft silky fur. A week later and he's still walking up to strangers to let them enjoy his fresh, clean coat. The staff at The Paw Spa were nice at drop off and especially friendly when we picked up our boy (he loves charming folks and wins over everybody). As our old boy needs to meet new people every day or he gets very grumpy his clean soft coat draws everybody who sees him to pet him and be charmed by him. Our clean boy is getting so many new friends we haven't heard a grumpf or grumble or complaint in the week since the grooming. So, so nice for us! We're planning on becoming regulars and will be bringing both dogs in the future for regular grooming. One funny thing is the way we tell these 2 dogs apart is the color of their heads, dad is darker. Well, after dad's grooming he had lightened to match his son's color and for a week we couldn't tell them apart. But, this breed is known to change color often, and after a week he's starting to darken again.

This came as a surprise, as we were not clearly informed of any serious problems beforehand or given a fair opportunity to address them. Our dogs are part of our family, so this situation was upsetting. What made it even more difficult was the emotional impact it had on our household. My spouse is a veteran service member, and the tone and abruptness of the message were very triggering for him. We believe communication, respect, and understanding are essential when working with clients and their pets. Being dismissed in this way felt abrupt, impersonal, and lacking empathy. We hope this business reflects on how they communicate with clients and works toward handling concerns in a more respectful and understanding way.

They were very clear on the terms of agreement. They have showed up every time I asked even when the schedule is full they figured out a way to get me in. They have this great app that sends you notification when the walk is finished. It tells you how far the dogs walked, and the walker makes note of if they went to the bathroom or had treats. They also take pictures of the dogs and send them to you. When I was gone on vacation, it was such a treat to get the emails and text messages and see that my pups were being well taken care of.
