One of our goals was for our 11-year-old to take the lead in training, and Amy completely supported that, which meant the world to us. When an unexpected death in our family forced us to move up our training schedule, Amy and Tim were incredibly kind and accommodating. Our dog ended up working with Bridget, and honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better trainer. She was patient, calm, and so good at balancing all three of us -- especially with a child who didn't always understand the process. Every session they are supposed to clean out the ears and remove the hair inside . My dog got an ear infection because how impacted his ears that you couldn't even see into his ear canal. They are also supposed to clip their nails and they miss one or two. They really cut corners here. Vet recommended not to take my dog here anymore.
