Not only did they have a huge variety of options they were very good at keeping within price ranges and showing alternatives to more expensive options. They also helped us look at things we normally would have glossed right over (our kitchen back-splash in particular). The service HUGELY outweighed any Hope Depot/Lowes and the prices were around the same if not cheaper. Not to mention Hope Depot said it would be 2-3 weeks for anything that had to be ordered (which would have been everything as they don't keep much in stock these days) and Village Tile is getting everything to me in less than 2 days...
