The decor of the waiting room and office was unique and comfortable. I had a welcoming feeling the minute i walked in. In fact, I was blown away by the friendly and welcoming staff who "welcomed me to the practice" with smiles. Dr. Fonseca, who came highly recommended exceeded my expectations. She made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and even made me laugh despite being in pain and fearing the worst. Although my situation was a difficult one to diagnose she was patient and made sure that she got to the bottom of it. She was thoughtful and thorough, explaining every part of the process to me. She made a difficult procedure seem routine and simple while keeping my mind at ease throughout. I can't say enough about Dr. Fonseca and her staff. They are truly the best!

    Subject: Feedback on Recent Root Canal Experience at South Jersey Endodontics…read more Dear South Jersey Endodontics Team, I recently experienced a severe toothache due to an infection in tooth #30 and visited my DMO-preferred dentist, Dr. Samir Patel, for advice. Although the tooth had no prior symptoms of infection, he recommended that I see an endodontist at South Jersey Endodontics. Having had a previous root canal procedure done by Dr. Steven Ryu with an excellent, pain-free experience, I requested to see him again. However, I was informed that he was unavailable, and instead, I was scheduled with Dr. Divya Trikannad, whom I had not worked with before. Upon my visit, an X-ray was taken, followed by a recommendation for a 360° CT scan, which I was told would provide better clarity for the procedure. I was informed that this scan was not covered by insurance and would cost $300 out-of-pocket. Although I agreed to proceed, I had never been required to undergo this scan in my past root canal treatments. Unfortunately, despite this additional imaging, my experience during and after the procedure was extremely painful, to the point where I had to take three days off from work to recover. I genuinely question the necessity of the 360° CT scan, as it did not seem to contribute to a smoother or less painful procedure. In my opinion, this additional step felt more like an unnecessary cost rather than a true benefit to patient care. Ultimately, I ended up paying more than what my insurance covered, and the experience did not meet my expectations. I sincerely urge your team to avoid imposing unwarranted procedures on patients, especially when experienced professionals in your practice have successfully handled similar cases without them in the past. Finally, I understand that reviews reflect individual experiences, and expectations can vary from person to person. It's often challenging to judge a service or practitioner based on a single review, as a collective opinion is usually more informative. My intention here is not to defame the practitioner or the group that provided my treatment, but rather to share my personal experience, which was significantly different from my previous root canal procedures--both with this group and elsewhere. Unfortunately, this particular incident severely impacted me during and after the procedure, unlike any I've had before.     Do not recommend unless you dont care about your wallet. I was provided my out of pocket cost…read moreprior to procedure. I went ahead and did this as I expected them to check my insurance first. It took them 3 full months to submit not one but 3 claims. Cigna asked them for more information then paid what they could based on the codes submitted,. I then get a bill for a lot more than cigna says i owe and they said they did not get the insurance payment. Why ask for payment if you havent had insurance pay yet? Then they said I owe another 350. Well based on my conversation with cigna and the Dr prior to procedure, I should have been covered in full IF they submitted the correct code. Now the front desk said its unethical to change codes now. But its not unethical to charge your patients based on your inability to do your job correctly? Why should I have to pay MORE? If they put the right code in the first time, my out of pocket would have been $125. I have already paid $360 so I should have gotten a refund. This billing office is a joke. Dont go here.

My parents brought me here for a 2nd opinion and Dr. Euksuzian said everything was fine and that I needed nothing. I broke my front tooth in 1999 when I was 9 years old and Dr. Euksuzian did the bonding. Fast forward to 2021 and the bonding still looks good and is still in tact. Jess has been cleaning my teeth now for years. She's great and so friendly. When scheduling my 6 month cleaning I always request her.

    I should give them 5 stars to Doctor Watt and Pam and people work with Doctor Watt but not billing…read moredepartment, all stuff are nice and they take care of you but the billing department is awful. They should fire the billing department. I came for my cleaning in April doctor Watt said I have 3 teeth to be fixed. When I went to billing department she said for tooth number 30 is 1700$. They needed full money right away before procedure start. Then I went to another dentist in Marlton for my 3 teeth, the total is 1800$. And the billing department of new dental office in Marlton split my money 2 times, one time for procedure and one time for crown. For Simply Beautiful Smile for just one tooth number 30 is one thousand and seven hundred dollars. Patient be careful with billing department. The other dental I went there are 2 girls just working for billing but in Smiles 5 girls working in billing department and give you wrong amount. Simply Beautiful Smiles they have awesome dentists but the billing department is worst and I think CEO should fire some of them. I miss Doctor Watt and Pam and all crew work with Doctor Watt. Doctor Watt and Pam are amazing and caring. I would like to come back for one of my tooth because it is in front and I trust doctor Watt I hope this time the billing department give me right amount if i back not just one teeth is 1700. I really appreciate Doctor Watt and her crew and also Pam took care my teeth, but the problem is billing department not doing their job.

I have Aetna dental patient reimbursement plan so I pay up front and get reimbursed by Aetna. So basically, I paid for three visits and the office submitted to Aetna and got paid by them too! They used up my $2100 dental allowance and too my money too! After a few nasty phone calls, they agreed to give me $169 back which I have never received. Aetna said I had to hash it out with the dentist and the front office would not understand that I paid and Aetna paid them. The amounts that they charged Aetna were so inflated that the used up my allowance. I'm done with them!
