Regardless of what people on this app say I don't agree letting anyone under 18 to give reviews…read more Anyway something I said on Google Maps: I have come to this dental office to fix my entire mouth what I thought was unrepairable. Instead all of my teeth were restored with fillings and my cavities were removed and replaced by crowns and a cracked tooth taken out. Tho I was awake for every appointment I was very comfortable of course besides the cracked tooth removal. Regardless this building has excellent doctors and staff that assist them. Strongly recommend everyone try to get the best quality help possible if you have problems like I had these people are more than capable of helping.

My dad is a senior with memory issues. They knew that and still placed him in appointments they knew weren't good for him, but fit "the office schedules." His dentures never fit right. We asked for a refund based on the guarantee, we are still waiting. That's $2200 for a service they didn't fulfill. The Newnan office doesn't answer your call, after leaving three voicemails without a return call, I just had to sit in the waiting room until someone would talk to me. I'm still waiting on a refund your time and find a better dental office staff.

The morning before my appointment I received a call to confirm the appointment. Then LITERALLY that same evening I received a text saying that my appointment was cancelled an was informed that the next available appointment was a month away. I cannot recommended this dentist office to anyone as this is the SECOND time this has happened to me here. Not to mention I scheduled time off from work just to have Aspen Dental waste my time. This is truly unacceptable!

I was told that a legal representative of…read moreAspen Dental, the dentist involved and the Office Manager were listening in the conversation (so therefore there is a recording of the phone call in Aspen Dental offices somewhere) 'The conference call was to inform me that: of the $815 paid (for giving me tooth and sinus infections) for their dental work, Aspen Dental was going to refund $326.20 for the tooth repair. To which I ask "where is the $400 charge? The Operation's Manager replied "OH that was for the teeth cleaning, ($487.80). I got furious as I KNOW THAT I DID NOT NEED A CLEAN UP as I clean my teeth every 4 months as my dentist ledgers can prove. I have forgotten this detail until this moment. I was lie to and I had let it go because I was traveling for 2 weeks the week after and did not want a tooth ache while traveling. My reply was, very vocally: "YOU TOLD ME THAT IN ORDER TO FIX THE TOOTH, I NEED A TOOTH CLEANING". At this point someone in the group said in the conversation, very consecutively and quick: "OK, OK, OK (like telling me: "ok, ok, ok shut up, I do not want this in the phone recording" that we are having, just my feeling of the situation) we will refund ALL the money, but you have to come to Aspen Dental sign a release "in case that you want to come back to Aspen Dental." I cut the person off and told the person screaming, "There is no way in hell that I will go back to Aspen Dental, ever again". At This point, I was REALLY fuming with Aspen Dental. Aspen Dental got me a tooth and sinus infections for $814 and it was trying to keep the $487.80 for causing this tooth infections (no regard for patients health here), that other dentist later had to look over and correct their abandonment in a patient and with the help of heavy antibiotics and pain medications. I told Aspen in this phone call that: "I WAS NOT GOING TO NOT SIGN ANYTHING "and hung up the phone on them. Aspen called back immediately but I refused to answer as they just showed me their true colors in this move. What follows to this is the text that I sent to the calling number in the conference call from Aspen Dentalxxx-1130, a few minutes after their telephone call refund offer on Thu 16 October 8:26am in which Delta Dental offered me to refund $336.80 ["After Aspen Dental tried to weasel its way out of refunding the $400 that made me pay for a tooth cleanup before fixing the tooth, a clan up that I did not need as I clean my teeth every 4 months Aspen dental. Dental showed its "true colors". Thank you for the enlightenment.

First off, I've never been to a dentist that didn't do an exam and cleaning same day, well they don't, they did the exam and then scheduled a "deep cleaning" for a future date.... Second, they couldn't get my blood pressure right but I can confidently tell you it's because they didnt have me sitting correctly to take blood pressure, I wasn't comfortable. Third, they roped me into opening a care credit card because they said after insurance the cleaning was still going to cost me $1800. Well I had the discernment to sit and think before having the deep cleaning that would have cost me $1800 and canceled before the appointment because my insurance covers 100% of preventative and restorative services with a $25 copay. Went to Pine Mountain Family Dentistry and paid my $25 copay and got my DEEP CLEANING that my insurance COVERED 100%. They also didn't take my blood pressure before doing the cleaning, and now that I think of it no dentist has except for my root canal and my wisdom teeth removal so i dont know that was weird too. So i dont know WTF they were charging me but I'm glad my intuition kicked in because I was going to schedule my husband too and they probably were going to do the same thing to him. Would have gotten $3200 out of us, on top of what they would have gotten from our insurance.

On Thursday, Jan 29, I called to make my appointment at the Stockbridge location because I had a…read moretoothache for the past two days that was only getting worse. I was told that they could accommodate me with an emergency appointment for the next day at 09:30. I arrived at 09:15 am so I could complete my paperwork. The woman at the desk was on the phone as I signed in and I sat down. About 50 minutes later she acknowledged me and gave me the tablet to complete the questionnaire. I didn't get called to the back until 11:50. The woman took my x-rays and placed me in the room. The dental hygienist came in and evaluated me. I waited another 30 minutes for the dentist to come in. The dentist came in. Dr Redding. She was hurried, ragged, and unprofessional in her appearance and attitude. She was accompanied by the office manager. She looked in my mouth and after poking me hard with the metal instrument she said she was going to refer me to an endodontist. She seemed annoyed that I complained of pain at the surrounding teeth around the tooth that she could clearly see that I lost a filling and was causing me pain. "Well, which tooth did you say it was hurting you?" I pointed to the tooth that I thought was cracked because I could feel it is irregular. I couldn't see a filling was missing. She said she would give me pain medication and an antibiotic. First, I didn't want pain medication. I wanted the cause of the pain to be taken care of whether the cavity be filled or the tooth pulled. Second, I had no medical need to be placed on antibiotics. I don't have an abscess, infection, or heart disease. Third, she never asked if I wanted to have root canal and a crown done. When I asked her if this is what she called "Emergency" care, she made up some story about the pain could be coming from the tooth in front of the tooth that is causing my pain. That tooth had previously had root canal completed and how can the pain come from the crown which no longer has any nerve endings? How could that tooth cause pain? Then they both told me to wait in another room so the office manager could "check me out and give me an estimate of my cost". All I wanted was a copy of my x-rays so I could go elsewhere to be treated for my pain. After another 20 minute wait, the office manager had the nerve to print a copy of my "x-rays" from the printer in her office. I even told her that she wouldn't look my in my eyes when she spoke to me because she knew that what they were doing was wrong. This was the most frustrating and unprofessional experience I have ever experienced in a so called professional office. The place was filthy and floors looked like they had never been swept or mopped. I have attached pictures of the filthy floors that I took while waiting the long wait. All I wanted is copies of my x-rays so I could go to a real, professional dentist that practices real dentistry and not rip off artists. My whole morning and part of the afternoon was wasted in that office when I could have actually received help. Never ever again. Would not recommend this place to a dog. When I tried to call and complain, I was hung up on twice by corporate. Then sent an email and when I tried to reply to the so-called regional manager Sara.davis@aspendental.com, my email was sent back as "undeliverable". What a joke.

No value to the patient only more expense and in this case they could do the emergency tooth repair in a couple minutes but because of the exam needed they wouldn't be able to get a time until Monday leaving several days with a damaged denture. Didn't have this issue with aspen denture in Enterprise Alabama where the service was much better and the care team more compassionate. The receptionist wouldn't even ask the doctor if she would make an exception. Nobody should use this location. Go somewhere they care about you being a person. Update because of aspen dental reply. 1. Tooth popped out due to denture being dropped as was stated to the receptionist. 2. This location is the first location Aspen Dental location that required a new patient exam for a denture repair. I stand by my review and that the "need" for an exam is only to inflate patient cost, and look for more services to charge for rather than performing the service needed. IMAGINE going to a doctor for the flu and being told you need to have your annual check up first come back in three days when we have time for that and then we can see about solving the flu issue. Give me a break. This doctor and this location is a disgrace.

I think this is my first-ever 1 star review. Here's the story:…read more They got me in the door with a "$29 new patient special" -- which was attractive because I don't have insurance. They did the exam and x-rays -- no cavities or any other issues, hooray! But they withheld the cleaning (which I thought was included in the new patient special). To be fair, I was wrong about this; it's not included. They then performed a "gum pocket measurement" test. OK, fine. I've had those tests done before. It's when they call out the numbers (1-6). I had mostly 2s and 3s and a handful of 1s and 4s. About the same as far as I can remember from all the other times in the past I've had the test done. In other words, nothing of note. But here's where it gets interesting. They used that test to claim that what I really required was a deep cleaning (called "scaling and root planing") -- not a normal, routine cleaning. They then refused to perform a routine cleaning, even though I asked for one and offered to pay more. They told me my only option was the expensive treatment plan, which of course, cost over $2,000. It was for my own safety and wellbeing, you see. They couldn't in good conscience perform the routine cleaning. In my book, this whole thing was a classic bait and switch, and crosses the line into unethical and deceptive business practices. I've had plenty of dental offices try to upsell me on the "deep cleaning" over the years. I always just say "no thanks", and that's that. I've never had one literally refuse service unless I agreed to their upsell. Just blows my mind. End. p.s. I'm considering whether or not I should file a complaint with the state dental board -- they regulate unethical conduct. Or I could file a complaint with the AG's consumer protection office -- deceptive advertising is a big deal to them. We'll see.
