When I called to ask about an appt and insurance the woman on the phone acted like she had zero interest in assisting. When I asked if they could verify our insurance she said she would need to schedule us first and then she would call back "soon." I waited 2 weeks and ended up cancelling because no one called. My hub's periodontal situation took a turn and I had no choice but to call in and reschedule due to other periodontists having full schedules. When I explained why I cancelled, I was rushed through the process and my concerns were never spoken of. I also brought that up when we arrived at the office and was brushed off again. Your front office is your patient's first experience, and therefore shouldn't be taken lightly.

That I had a knee replacement then didn't matter because Dr. Carbone focused on the dentistry; he was even sorrier about the root canal than I. Although it wasn't yet three years old I guess they don't expect dentures to last more than three years. It would cost me anywhere from $900 to $1700. 00. I also had the top two teeth separate from the base. The office told me it would coat $175. Per tooth plus the cost of the visit. I would expect the dental practice would stand by the patient and make the lab accountable. And no, I was told, I cannot see Dr. Dorciak. I can come to the office for a fitting. I refuse to give Dr. Dorciak's practice another penny and many more months of my time to have the bridge repaired. I went to another practice. Within two weeks and two trips my bottom bridge was made. They fit perfectly. I went one time had the impression taken and one time to pick the bridge up. This took two weeks and two trips total to the dentist. They also repaired my tooth bridge and no charge. Take my suggestion. Go to another dental practice. Cathy Wood

Biological systems are complex, and unpredictable, but you'll get an honest evaluation recommendation from him. One recent tooth, he told me, you've waited too long; this will likely need an implant. On a previous event, he'd placed a temporary crown, after his work, counseling me to go and get the permanent crown. I didn't; and six months later bit down on a nut and cracked crown and tooth. That's entirely my fault; temporary crowns are... temporary. But he was honest and forthcoming through the whole event. One of my early visits to him, now several years ago, pain was so bad in the middle of the night (and why is it always on a weekend), he saw me in his office on a normally closed Sunday. I trust this doctor with my health like I trust few others.
