It's hard to believe that the new office manger would want to make her debut by throwing out a 15 year customer and my family. I don't know who is running Hillview Dental but they can't keep a billing staff in place and have stopped taking Dental Dental. She insisted I remove my mask while asking me the basic health questions. I asked if she had a face shield and she grumbled yes but made no attempt to put one on. Karen said "There's the sink! Soap and water!" Again I asked her to put on her face shield and she barked "I'll put it on when I start working on you!" So unprofessional esp during a pandemic! With that I tore the bib from neck and walked out. When I got home I called DrHerring and explained how rude Karen had been. He defended her saying she had been with him for 15 years.
