Mine was more of a need than a want(sagging skin that basically hid my eyelid) ...but I couldn't help imagining how it would boost my confidence and make me look more awake. But really I should have started this review by telling you about my first impression when I walked into the office...Wow it is stunningly beautiful in here! Next I was greeted by the sweetest and most attractive girls at the front desk. I immediately felt comfortable and at that moment I was sure I was in the right place for my surgery. Dr B took his time evaluating my situation and really put a lot of thought into the best way to get me the results I was looking for. The nurses and doctors who were in the operating room were very focused but had such great personalities and I could tell they all wanted me to be happy with my results. They only used local anesthesia but the surgery was painless and the swelling and bruising after was minimal. After one week, my stiches were removed and the before and after photos were stunning! 2 weeks later I'm not even "fully healed" yet but you can't even really tell I had anything done unless you look really closely. I just thought to myself...It's only gonna get better? Anyway..bottom line is this is the place you want to come to for your glow up. They treat you like family and I am super happy I decided to get the surgery. My only regret is that I waited so long!

These doctors are hard to find since not everyone is certified to perform this type of exam. I called several places and many either no longer existed or were not taking new pilots. Luckily, Dr Panzer's office was only about ten minutes from me. I stopped by without an appointment, not realizing walk-ins are not really accepted even though some of their online listings make it seem that way. To clarify, there are two separate medical offices in the same building, and only one side is Dr Panzer's practice where he handles FAA exams. The other side is unrelated. Even without an appointment, they were kind enough to fit me in. I waited a short time since another patient ahead of me needed extra attention, which was understandable. The nurse who took my vitals and Dr Panzer himself were both professional and courteous. The entire experience was smooth and welcoming. I left feeling genuinely satisfied and relieved to have found a good FAA medical examiner nearby. Highly recommend this place to any pilot who needs their FAA medical done right.

Patiently answered mine and my husbands questions and talked me through as far as what to expect with doing botox in my forehead and upper lip I believe it's called smokers lines (not a smoker) My biggest thing was I wanted to look like me. I'm a scaredy cat when it comes to injections, but luckily Jawas there to squeeze my hand throughout. I'm very satisfied with my results. I have my next appointment and I am so happy I did it. Edit: I appreciate your acknowledgment, but I don't understand how someone who is not a doctor or anyone who has never seen me can decide over a phone call if they can help me or not. I understand the skepticism but why not even ask to see a picture if you think the consult would be a waste of your time? Is it about money or helping people? I had a reduction/lift, for my comfort, not for vanity. Never anything else. So a secretary taking notes and then passing that along is enough for you to make that decision. Got it. Dr. Romanelli's office scheduled the two surgeries to be done at the same time it was great. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Three years later she broke her nose again. I had my botox done about ten days ago and I am just seeing the full effect of it now. My forehead is smooth and my face and eyebrows still look relaxed and balanced. He took the time to show me on a diagram exactly what we were doing, and where the units would go- even explained all the different muscle groups and how they work. I've never had anyone else ever go over this with me. Botox isn't watered down like some of these other places that rip you off on Groupon. I also tried the IPL and had great results. I am saving up to try out that cool sculpting and go back for more! There is parking in the back, or in the lot with the shopping center.
