Mine asked if I wanted aromatherapy, and after I corrected her, she didn't ask any follow-up questions. She ended up spending over half of the session on my right shoulder, barely addressing my back or hip, which was the whole reason I booked. Meanwhile, in my friend's room, once they realized the mix-up, her therapist asked detailed questions about her preferences. However, she still didn't actually receive an aromatherapy experience. She said the closest thing to it was just lotion. After comparing notes, we realized what likely happened: my friend had written down that she wanted focus on her right shoulder, which explains why my therapist spent so much time there instead of following my requests. Another small thing, the website mentions a cash discount, but it's only $5, which felt a bit misleading. Overall, the quality of the massage itself was pretty subpar compared to other Thai massages I've had. If you don't have much to compare it to, it might be fine, but as someone who regularly gets Thai massages, this didn't meet expectations.
