I was offered assistance a few times while I was waiting. I purchased a GardenSpa hot tub. It was delivered, expertly unloaded & moved into place, he started the tub. Couldn't have gone smoother. Price was significantly better than the same tub elsewhere. My only concern was it was my first tub running on 110 vs 220. I does take longer to heat up but it has performed well so far & we have been using it all winter long. It keeps the heat at 104 -105 no problem. Definitely a 5 star experience. This may sound foreign to you, but this apparently is what their businesses is about.... Selling and repairing hot tubs. According to the tech, they repair hundreds of pumps per year. They broke the impeller, trying to fix the seal problem, tried to say that was the cause of the leak, charged me $130 to replace the whole wet end, replaced it with a new one (but it was the wrong model for my electric motor which now leaked worse (when I took it home to reinstall) than when I originally brought it in for repair). Then somewhere along the way they lost my contact info (it was only because I happened to wander into the store one day after 3 weeks to ask what the delay was). Then they finally ordered the correct wet end but couldn't figure out how to install it. When I asked the owner Joe Hashem what he was going to do about it if he couldn't get the new wet end installed, he just shrugged his shoulders as if to say that it was my problem. In the end, they managed to get it fixed, and they told me that they would give me a break and wouldn't charge me for their labour! Seriously folks, DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!!
