It seems as though the owner is hiding behind his employees and does not want to hear about service complaints. Quite embarrassing if you ask me. Can't even imagine not getting back to my customers more than a day later. My tub currently has no side panel which is exposed to rodents and Weather. Once again... I'll take it up on myself to clean it up I rarely rarely write bad reviews... I'll always give the business a benefit of the doubt. But in this case, these guys are just bad to deal with. Price was significantly better than the same tub elsewhere. My only concern was it was my first tub running on 110 vs 220. I does take longer to heat up but it has performed well so far & we have been using it all winter long. It keeps the heat at 104 -105 no problem. Definitely a 5 star experience.
