It seems as though the owner is hiding behind his employees and does not want to hear about service complaints. Quite embarrassing if you ask me. Can't even imagine not getting back to my customers more than a day later. My tub currently has no side panel which is exposed to rodents and Weather. Once again... I'll take it up on myself to clean it up I rarely rarely write bad reviews... I'll always give the business a benefit of the doubt. But in this case, these guys are just bad to deal with.
