Seating was available at a 4 top. We both chose the Friday Night Special, 10oz cut MR, Salad, Grilled Yellow Corn and Garlic Toast Salads were cold and fresh, waitress was timely, serving the dinner after we finished our Salad Our 10oz Rib portions were generous, medium rare, Smoked to perfection. The Grilled Yellow Corn charred and sweet. Garlic Toast made a tasty backstop for the Corn. Wait staff was attentive, thank you. Good friends joined us after dinner for some laugh's. I brew cold brew myself, and I would say that it's on par with mine. Most of the time, when I buy it out, it is what I would call gut rot. This service has been really good. The servers are very young, but very polite and very quick. I like the ambiance of the shop. It is clean and well lit. There's a comfortable seating area in the back inside, and there's also seating out front on the main street. I'm in Joseph for another four or five days. We did not arrive until roughly 40 minutes before closing. That did not stop the staff from politely serving us a quality dinner, which I really appreciate. We sat in the back, outside, at their outdoor seating, which was very nice cause it was a warm night, and we had a decently large party of nine people.
