OOHHH the hash browns... really nice. I even cut back on my Catsup bath to really enjoy the taste. My wife love the scones. make sure to sit outside, it feels so European to sit outside, sipping coffee or tea and eating scones. the staff is great, the lady that helped us told me I should the hash browns, gold star! read more

Was there only for a short time, they either don't have enough staff or that's just how they roll but you bus all your own plates etc. I got a some(berry rhubard coffee cake) and also tumeric ginger tea. I rarely drink tea but since this was non caffeine and with tumeric I went with it. It was great the coffee cake was good as well. Didn't taste overly sweet read more

Such a cute cafe! I went in on a Saturday morning and it was a little busy. I opted to eat inside just because the views of the mountains was amazing. I ordered an avocado toast with egg, along with a cinnamon roll and a latte. The food came out at a decent time and the cinnamon roll was really good. Here we are traveling back through Joseph and back at the Blythe Cricket! Today I had the Cornmeal pancake (GF) - Delicious! Crispy on the outside, black beans, roasted poblano & charred corn within the batter. I had her go light on the cheese and added a side egg. Super cute atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. Here on a visit, not a local. Came at 7am on a Sunday and clearly the locals know about this place, good sign. An Iced Mocha for the wife, and good old drip for me. Also a cinnamon sugar donut and a blueberry scone look too good to pass on. Coffee's are both very good to excellent. Both pastry's also very good to excellent. Flavors of both are very good but the crisp outside and soft inside of the donut is maybe the best I've had, and I'm a donut nut. Service was friendly and quick, despite the early hour on a Sunday, not everyone is a morning person. Lastly, the place is great, plenty of space inside, not cluttered, and the deck is great for outside dining. PS. We had a late lunch, and it was super tasty. I had the perfectly made grilled cheese sandwich with tomato (and Dijon mustard on request). My lunch partner had the Muffeleta with salami, and loved it. Anything in the menu is pretty amazing. Portions are large. I bought one day old bakery item too that was tasty ( cookie) and tasted fresh too. Their regular coffee is very good but they have a good variety of special coffees too. Baked oatmeal...you have to try if you like oatmeal. We ate breakfast there! Restaurant was very clean, including the restroom. The service staff was very pleasant, and you felt appreciated for coming there to dine. Lots of outdoor seating, and indoor seating too. A happening place for good wholesome food and service in Joseph. Be prepared for a wait I think they make everything fresh to order. Everything we had was the bomb, I love the motif of the bathrooms and grandma's dishes all over the walls, they must have gone to a lot of yard sales or thrift stores.... Overall a great experience! We wanted to have breakfast here but only ended up for lunch. So, A lot of the breakfast items weren't there. You order at the counter and bus your own table. We had the cool veggie, Marguerite with salami, turkey noodle soup, a chai latte, lemonade and a couple of their pastries (scone, coffee cake and oatmeal cookie). Everything tasted great, especially the soup. They also have interesting art and pretty baubles etc that they are selling from their store. The place is very spacious. We had a delicious breakfast that included the Deep Dark Woods breakfast sandwich and the half order (a full order would be HUGE) of the Jacked Up Corn Cakes along with a couple of Blueberry and Lemon Scones and a Cinnamon Bun. We stopped here on our last day in Enterprise and even though we had made up our mind to just grab -n go , the place looked enticing enough for us to change plans and have a sit down breakfast .Very open space, lots of natural lighting , high ceilings and fresh quirky decor . As is common with most brunch spots - you order at the counter , pay and they get you your food at the table . It took them a while to get our food out but the servers were all friendly and chatty . We had the Avocado Toast - one piece of bread with Avo and Tomato slices and The cricket which was their house made English muffin sandwich filled with Egg, pepper jack and sausage. The sandwich was on point and special mention to the English Muffin which was extremely well baked . The coffee on the other hand was not that good , either it was made hours ago or the blend was bad but it just outright tasted bad. If you are in the area I would totally recommend them for a good breakfast/brunch. read more

This was a blessing to find open early on the morning on Labor Day weekend. You'd think more places would be open, but nope. We needed a yummy breakfast before heading up to Aneroid Lake.
