I ordered the exact same flavor and what I got was a soupy mess. I'm not sure what changed within 24 hours but I was so disappointed. I don't know if something went wrong with the freezers but the ice cream clearly wasn't being chilled at the right temperature. Texture aside, the flavors here are great. I'm hoping it was a fluke so I can give this place their last star.

We decided to get two small snowballs; one egg custard and one grape. They were $3 each. At the time of our visit, they were only accepting cash and the young lady informed me that the electronic pay options should be active shortly. Our snowballs were ready in no time. The small size was just enough for me. The snowball's ice texture was enough for it to melt upon impact, which I liked. The flavoring was sweet and did not taste artificial. After the snowball sat for a couple of minutes, the flavoring still held up well to the melted ice, which I also liked. All in all, a decent snowball and one stand I would return to the future.
