Workers are disrespectful and incompetent quite frankly. Embarrassing.

Workers are incompetent and disrespectful. Maybe try to keep your hair out of a customer's food.

SO SLOW!!! We all expect to spend a few minutes in line while we waiting for our ice cream to be scooped & mixed. However this was well pass the norm. It is clear that there is no manager on the Saturday night shift because there was absolutely ZERO urgency or even an acknowledgment that the line is out the door. To make it worse I when I finally get to place my order they don't have my flavor. Argh!!!! Here's a suggestion... Remove the tags of the flavors that aren't available. Not a good experience.

As soon as we entered, all I saw was her beautiful smile as she waited for our order. Regrettably, I declined a receipt, d so I don't know her name. She was patient and accommodating. It became busier and she was the only person filling orders. The smile remained. In the back , two young people made the ice cream. They were focused on that task, for the most part. The ice cream was tasty. I hope that cold Stone sees the reviews to compliment our make corrections. Now back to my shake.

Perfect place to end our thanksgiving Dinner with some delicious ice cream. Since my niece and nephew were craving for good ice cream, it made absolute sense to try cold stone as it had been a very long time I had tried this place. We ordered medium portions of Oreo mint and apple pie ice cream sundaes. So delicious! Customer service was great! Plenty of parking at this location. They were taking all the Covid precautions. Definitely recommend this place.

Today we had really quick service for 3 ice cream orders and really reasonably priced. The service was great. They have seating area but it get cramped with a larger crowd. Sometimes the service can be slow based on the staff working at the ice cream shop UPDATE: we went in today for some ice cream and received the worst customer service. Rather than being greeted and asked what we would like, the sever choose to finish her conversation with her coworker. After finishing her conversation, she turned to us and gave us the biggest attitude while asking what we would like. Once she finally took our order, she had another coworker help her fill the order. Please that we were the only customers in the store and we had the same exact order. Her coworker(who was nicer) was able to fill both our orders at the same time. The girl choose to stand there, continue to give attitude to us, but had no issues gossiping with her coworker. LITERALLY put off by this rude server and will most likely never come back.

The price is what keeps me away (very expensive) but, this is a great cone and I love the concept. I usually add: Oreo, banana & maraschino cherries. Which teen associate you get is a hit or Miss so hopefully you'll get one who takes pride in their job and isn't distracted by talking with their colleagues. I've had ones not know what maraschino cherries are and put cherry filling in the mix or use a very i ripe banana (rolls eyes). Aside from McDonald's, this is the only establishment where an adult is never on staff. Not sure why, but it's run by teens. Chatty teens. Given the price per unit, the can afford to pay a higher wage and higher an adult needing a decent part time gig. If that was to happen, I'm sure the ratings would be better. Aside from that, the establishment is usually clean & parking is ample.

This is the receipt for 5 Kids One Scoop Sugar Cone. That single serving costs $4.89 + $0.79 at ColdStone.

Do you want to know how to get ripped off when you bring kids here? Buy them one scoop of Kid's ice cream in a sugar cone. I made the mistake of bringing my three kids here and two nephews this evening thinking it will be a quick run for dessert after dinner. We got in line and I looked up at the menu and saw that the "Like It" sizes were going for $5.64 assuming you add no additional toppings. That's their smallest possible size and comes with three full scoops of ice cream in a cup. I figured, they're young kids, they won't eat 3 full scoops of ice cream especially after a big dinner, so why not simply ask for a small sugar cone, and one scoop? No toppings, no additional extra sides, no drinks. Nothing else. We get to the check out counter and they charged $4.89 for the one scoop of ice cream AND an extra $0.79 for the small sugar cone!!! Tell me, how do you expect to stay in business with that kind of scam? Your ice cream isn't that good! Your staff of high school kids are NOT even friendly. I paid the price. But, you can guarantee I will NOT return. To the owners of this franchise: sell your assets now, liquidate the store, you will NOT stay in business very long.

Insanely expensive and small portions. $6.89 for a small and it was less then a scoop of ice cream. Will never go back.

My husband doesn't like coconut, but it was so subtle he couldn't taste it. It was heavenly. It was a generous size for only $2 compared to other bakeries. I would definitely choose the Aloha cookie over any cookie at Crumbl and it's way cheaper too. I also purchased a maple bacon and German chocolate cupcake, which my husband and I split. Both were delicious, however, we thought the bacon was a bit too smoky. I wanted to try the salted caramel, but it wasn't available. Aside from cupcakes and cookies, they also sell brownies, pies, and prepackaged popcorn. They had sample popcorn available, which I took advantage of. I am definitely a huge fan and will be returning.

I happened to come across this bakery, which I AM SO GRATEFUL the universe did so. I placed an order through their online form on Wednesday (at 11:30pm - i said i forgot lol!) for a FRIDAY pick up time. I received a reply from the owner Thursday morning at 9am. We had all the details settled by 12pm that day. I went to pick up my cake and was super impressed! Exactly what I wanted. As for taste of the cake - everyone who had a slice raved on how good it was! So, I think I may have found my go to bakery for birthday cakes / other special occasions. An added bonus - the price point wasn't bad. I paid $80 for a cake that feeds 12-15 people. I've heard other places charge $120. I also loved that my money went to a locally owned business.

(Now, that makes it sound like I was driving around with some poor person, firing off dumb questions all day. Fortunately, my assistant is a robot. I think... or at least I hope. I ask some really dumb questions.) Somehow, I missed Dunkin' entirely and pulled into the next parking lot to make a U-turn. That's when I spotted Touché Touchet. So, I skipped the doughnut--also, Dunkin', that's how you spell it, okay? Walking in, I was immediately impressed. The place is immaculately clean, bright, and inviting, with counters overflowing with gorgeous desserts. One employee was behind the counter, finishing up a cake order for another customer. While I waited, I took my time checking out their selection. They seem to specialize in cupcakes, but they also offer cannoli, cakes, cookies, brownies, and a variety of other treats. I decided on a chocolate raspberry cupcake and a cannoli. Now, if you know me, you know I don't go easy on a cannoli rating. These things are in my blood--literally. My doctor keeps insisting it's "cholesterol," but I know the truth. I ate the cannoli right there in my car (hence the lack of pictures--nobody wants to see my dashboard dining setup). Touché Touchet could use some comfortable seating, but it doesn't seem like that kind of spot. The cannoli itself was pretty good--the shell was crisp, with just a slight hint of sogginess, and it was generously filled. The filling was cheesy, sweet, and delicious, though a bit heavy on chocolate chips for my taste. I'm a purist--I prefer my cannoli unadulterated by excess chocolate. But overall? Solid. The cupcake, I brought home to share with my wife. It sat out for a couple of hours but still held up beautifully. In hindsight, I should have refrigerated it, as it was a tad dry by the time we ate it, but that's probably on me. The raspberry filling was phenomenal--bright, fruity, and flavorful--and the chocolate cake was rich and dark. Absolutely delicious. Well, now I know exactly where I'll be stopping the next time I get a sweet tooth in the area
