I do know some individuals that I will go there just to say hi to even though I'm not buying anything. 3) the prices are more that tractor supply due to them being privately owned and their variety for chicks is small. 4) My last straw was when I came in to buy a chick, and what I bought was not at all what they advertised it to be. I bought a blue Cochin pullet to add to my flock of ladies. Months go buy and the chick started looked absolutely nothing like the breed, and it started showing signs of a rooster. It grew up to be a male cross bred chicken that was completely white and it was seriously mean to the point of leaving scratched on my mom. I wasn't offered anything in return for the mixed bread (which it was supposed to be pure bred Cochin). So at this point I just gave him away and never got chicks from them again. You shouldn't be selling cross breeds for the price of pure bred. My assumption is that he was a blue Cochin mixed with a white silkie.

Also, when I walked in, they had me put my dog in a crate. So, I left her there to get her grooming, but I was worried. Needless to say, there was no reason to worry. Firstly, they finished sooner than I thought , and my dog was waiting patiently in the same crate, when I arrived, and she looked and smelled perfect. The ladies that attended me were very approachable and her groomer followed my grooming request.
