I had to demand her back. They called me about someone else's dog and when I went to pick my dog at 6, the time she was suppose be done. They brought me someone else's dog. Nothing but poor excuses. When I finally got my Baby back she looked awful. Cut hair to short, discussed with the attendant before they started asked for a trim actually pointed to the Length on the chart and they shaved her nearly to the skin and messing not even a clean shave, feet were trimmed messy my Baby's face is so messed up and misshaped. Complete disaster. Rude and unprofessional staff. Thank God hair grows back.

I've only heard of botulism, never really seen a bloated cat food can before. I always place my order online, and they ALWAYS ALWAYS give me something faulty in my order. So I used to come here all the time for my feed and chicks, I even liked stopping by just to look…read more But after recently I stopped going for a few reasons. 1) Other than knowing where items are in the store, there is a giant lack of knowledge when it comes to how to care for animals and what you should buy for them to keep them healthy. I don't work here and I know way more about chicks than anyone working there. 2) I get situations where the employees are careless and pushy to get things over with, but this isn't always the case. I do know some individuals that I will go there just to say hi to even though I'm not buying anything. 3) the prices are more that tractor supply due to them being privately owned and their variety for chicks is small. 4) My last straw was when I came in to buy a chick, and what I bought was not at all what they advertised it to be. I bought a blue Cochin pullet to add to my flock of ladies. Months go buy and the chick started looked absolutely nothing like the breed, and it started showing signs of a rooster. It grew up to be a male cross bred chicken that was completely white and it was seriously mean to the point of leaving scratched on my mom. I wasn't offered anything in return for the mixed bread (which it was supposed to be pure bred Cochin). So at this point I just gave him away and never got chicks from them again. You shouldn't be selling cross breeds for the price of pure bred. My assumption is that he was a blue Cochin mixed with a white silkie.

Upon walking into the fish area I first noticed the dwarf gouramis were in the very first tank and the only cover they had was a heater in the back corner which about 10 of them were trying to hide behind. There was so much algae in all the tanks and so many of the fish were in obvious distress either through hiding or floating oddly. I wanted to get many more pictures but also didn't want to cause a scene. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable but I would use extreme caution if purchasing any thing from this store.
