Wasn't really a big deal, we waited 15-20 mins while watching the game standing in the bar area having a drink. After we got sat, service was good, a little rushed, but considering how busy and loud the restaurant was, wasn't a big deal. Food was excellent. Well priced. If you're looking for a steakhouse, visit Renzo's, you won't be disappointed. We'll be back for sure.

We came for lunch. My husband had the filet with veggies, it was amazing! The filet comes with a side of Gorgonzola that is a creamy bit of heaven. There was also a chimichurri that was spectacular. I had the steak burger and it was delicious. They grind steak into a patty and my god is it good! The dessert was incredible, it was difficult to make a choice. We also had a nice bottle of Willamette Valley Pinot for a reasonable 40.00 (I noticed they have Wine Wednesday- I think 1/2 off bottles & no corkage fee for BYOB?!). Service was great. We parked down the block on Howard /on the street, but now know that we need to come down Cleveland from the east to get into their private lot, I couldn't wrap my brain around it when we were headed north on Howard. We will be back!

While taking a look of the menu, she mentioned again about not taking too long to order because the kitchen was closing soon, this was not even 5 min after giving us the menu ( if you are rushing to close just don't take more people and avoid having a bad attitude or experience ). Food 7 of 10 ( Venezuelan bbq was really good and tasty chorizos were delicious, sides were really well Cooked and flavory, Brazilian picanha was cooked perfect, chimichurri sauce was perfect but amount was very little, and cachapas were the weakest point.. cachapa had an old or musty aftertaste definitely horrible won't recommend it. Price is reasonable, first Venezuelan restaurant that I don't feel is overpriced ( 2 cachapas, 1 picanha 12 oz $52 ) As a former server.. please teach or do training sessions with servers to increase quality and positive outcomes. Food has a huge potential but experiences is what people take at the end of the day!

I got them with pork skewers, which were super fresh. The natural juices were so good and the tequeños were delicious. The service was great, they took really good care of us! It's a small place, but a good spot if you want to enjoy Venezuelan flavors. Overall, still a solid experience!

We had 2 appetizers, carpaccio (which was excellent) and the empenandas. I had a few bites of the corn one, which was good. The beef and chicken were very dry. My daughter had sirloin pichana, which was good and a large portion. My husband was looking forward to the paella, online images showed it full of seafood. However, both he and my adult daughter agreed it was flavorless....that Uncle Ben's rice has more flavor, and the seafood in the dish was miniscule. I had the $90, dry aged ribeye, medium rare. When it came out, there was a think crust on outside..no problem, but I could barely cut into it. As I was saying into it, the entire table was moving back and forth. Inside was barely any pink in middle, the outside pieces were brown, no pink at all. I did what I NEVER do, sent it back. The waiter said they use a thermometer to tell when done and that with dry aged beef, the color is different when cooked. He did take it back, no problem at all. After about 10 minutes, I had my new steak. Which was cooked less for sure more red inside but was still incredibly touch to cut into, let alone chew. In general, pretty disappointed all around. Our bill was $300, so we're bummed to have spent the money and left feeling unsatisfied.

Cocktail Dirty Martini #1 fabulous. #2 Meh.... Glass of Wine Yum! And Espresso Martini (no disrespect) I have had better. Flan for dessert was absolutely amazing. I arrived 5:30pm to a reserved seat for someone at 7pm. Was told I would have to move when they arrive. I agreed with no issue. I left at 7:35pm; no one showed up! Why for my stars! I felt neglected at some points. They were talking to other guests that I assume come often. They other guests leave and the door was opened by the bar staff to thank them. I leave and no one opened the door for me. I am pretty sure I spent more money than they did. Hence, my 2 hour 5 min meal. Please know; I grabbed my ear pods and entertained myself. So I was content. Fabiano, you were great!
