Four adults and three young ones popped in on a spur for dinner. We were quickly seated on a Friday night as the place was less than half full. Although in a strip mall, the interior was fairly upscale. Service was good, we were looked after well. The menu is extensive, with everything from top of the line steaks, to sandwiched and salads. I wish they offered some bread before dinner, as the young ones were pretty hungry when we arrived. The food came out fairly quickly and piping hot. The steaks were very good; and Paella was pretty good. Pricing seemed a bit high, but that may just be me.

Stopped here today to finally check it out. We were seated right next to the dry aging cooler. I was drooling over these amazing rib eyes and Porter houses. As well they have a whole selection of in house made sausages which you can get on a charcuterie plate. I decided to try the ceviche plate. It was delicious and offered a good selection of seafood and fried sweet plantains. My dish was an appetizer since I wasn't wanting a big meal. I was happy with my selection and would recommend it. I do plan to come back and try a steak. I will say our two small plates along with two empanadas which were nice. Our bill was over $50 . A little pricey for what we had but it was good and the service was very good. Just expect to drop well over $100 dollars to come here for a couple of steaks along with a bottle of wine. Maybe we can come back for m bday.

We stopped by for lunch on a Sunday. It is a great Brazilian steakhouse that has aged some of their steaks and has a great selection of wines. It is a classy and cozy ambiance. The servers are attentive and give great recommendations. We started with a beef empanada and a ham and cheese empanada. I got the steak salad for my entree. The empanadas were fresh and quite tasty especially with their chimichurri sauce. The steak salad was fantastic. It was simple , but so satisfying and the steak was cooked as I requested at medium rare. I look forward to coming back and trying other items.

The place for meat. This Venezuelan restaurant specializes in meats in many of its forms. They even age some of their beef on premesis. The other passion here is wine. Both are moderate to pricey, fine dining kinda money. Whenever your up for a hearty beef dinner give this place a whirl. We always leave content and full. I ordered the Churrasco (Skirt) cooked medium. It was a very nice portion and cooked perfectly. After my first bite I knew this was not American beef by the texture. They told me it was imported from their country which they consider to be of greater quality. I prefer the American beef myself but that's a personal preference likely due to familiarity, something each person should decide for themselves. I enjoyed a glass of red wine with the meal that paired perfectly. They have a family sized meat combination plate that I enjoyed once with my son the carnivore on his birthday. He loved it. The service was friendly, proactive and attentive. Meat eaters, come get you some.

Excellent service! Fast, tasty food, the server was so attentive and cordial. The ambiance was so relax and proper music for a relax Sunday with the family. I'm definitely coming back.

The food at Renzo's is great! We got the all beef solo carne parrilla for two. It was amazing. I will say the staff wasn't extremely friendly, our server never smiled. They also don't participate in happy hour that they list online. It would be nice if they noted that on the website, considering there are 3 locations.

My sister and her husband took me here for a late lunch. We were seated right away. The service is a little slow. We ordered their ceviche for appetizer and it was good. We ordered the meat for two, and seafood paella. There weren't much seafood, but the rice was cookes and seasoned very well. The meat was okay. I love their empanadas and yuca fries. Overall, it's a good place for your Brazilian fix.

I ordered the Signature Cut Special while my husband ordered from the regular menu. When the bill arrived, I politely pointed out that I had been charged incorrectly. Instead of simply checking the order, our server, Talis, told me that other meat carvers had supposedly seen me eating the regular menu item and implied that I was being dishonest. I was shocked. Being publicly accused of lying over a dinner order is completely unacceptable. I repeatedly explained that I had ordered the Signature Cut Special, yet the argument continued until I firmly stood my ground. Only then did he back off. We brought the situation to management's attention. While Manager Paulo has always been professional, courteous, and customer-focused, our interaction with Manager Michael left much to be desired. Rather than immediately addressing the seriousness of a customer being falsely accused, the situation was handled in a way that felt dismissive and unprofessional. The issue was never about the money. It was about respect. Long-time customers should not be treated as though they are trying to deceive staff over a menu item. What should have been an enjoyable evening turned into an embarrassing and frustrating experience. Sadly, this was one of the worst customer service experiences we've had here, and it has made us seriously reconsider this establishment.

The physical building itself is very unique, very old school... lot's of hidden hallways and tucked away rooms. Almost like a dungeon-exploring adventure (not a bad thing). The food was good. My wife enjoyed the foie gras ($34) tremendously. I enjoyed the lobster bisque (+$11 from included French onion soup with steak) moderately. (had a non-traditional "spice" to it) My wife orders the 8oz filet mignon, and I ordered the 14oz Delmonico (a.k.a. ribeye). The filet was very good, and the Delmonico was good. Neither were out-of-this-world (certainly not enough to warrant the exorbitant price). The baked potato (which mine included butter, cheese, and bacon) had a "bite" to it, something that I did not expect (or enjoy). It might be the butter... they say it was a sweet cream butter, but there was a tartness to it all that was off-putting. I also ordered a thrice-baked potato, just to try it out. It was awful! Bern's has often been rated as the #1 steak house in Tampa, but I just don't get it. Perhaps my unrefined palette is lost on all the Frenchy froo froo stuff. I feel like I could make everything they offered better myself... for a FIFTH of the price. Everything is just so expensive there, and at those prices, I need to feel like it is the best thing I've every had in my life. It was far from this. Additionally, the time it took was very long. I get it, this is a multi-course situation, and you're supposed to take your time and not be rushed. But I personally don't generally take 90 minutes from start to finish to each my food.... I'm just not that guy. The atmosphere and intimacy were great for special occasions, but all in all, I don't think we will be going back, ever.
